How do you do your head on the shots? Do you put a GoPro on a flat and have a locomotive without sound pull it?

I pull the GOPRO on a flat car with a locomotive (sound muted) that is speed matched and consisted to the locomotives being filmed. Thanks for watching the video. Mike
