January 24th Rescue | Multiple Response Call

On January 24 there was a multiple response call where they needed Ladder Truck 74, and Rescue 79-2 had to return for supplies and go back to the call. A constable in a black pickup truck tagged along as well.

Why does ladder 74 have FDNY stripes on it?

No such thing as "FDNY STRIPES"
FDNY is not the only department in the country with that design. ALOT of other departments actually use nearly exactly the same or SUPER Similar
