Hello Tim! I'm a follower from Sydney - I was so excited to see you arrived here in Australia and can enjoy two great cities, especially with family! The fishball you mentioned at 22:20 is one of my favorites, I think you are right that it's fish roe, and I think the delicious yellow-orange sauce is egg yolk flavour! Please continue to enjoy the fresh produce and come back and visit again soon!
@@TimLeeLetsGo Aww. Thank you! I am from that side of Melbourne so am very familiar with the area. I'm glad you enjoyed the food. We are spoilt for choice in Melbourne. Safe travels, Tim!
Another great video as always Tim! My wife and I have been massive fans of all your videos since the very beginning. You have instilled within us our passion for buffets and to see you enjoying yourself at our local hotpot buffet was simply a treat! We have sat at almost every chair and table at House of Delight and only last month we sat at your exact seat at this buffet. We can now proudly say that we have sat in the exact seat as the all-time master of buffets Tim Lee!! An honour indeed!!!
Hope you enjoyed your time with your family. That buffet had a great selection of both hot and dessert options. Plus hot pot for that price point... great deal.
Amazing Tim! For some reason, I don't think of Australia when I think good East Asian food...so this was great to see. Thank you for another great video!!
That buffet looks amazing for the price! The AYCE hot pot in Vancouver doesn’t even come close to that! You always find the most incredible buffets to showcase. Word of advice to you, Tim, if I may: The broth needs to boil for food safety. Meats and seafoods don’t cook for long like you suggest but they need to go into a boiling broth. As a matter of fact, hot pot broth is quite often in a constant boil. Please keep up the good work. Your videos are a joy to watch.
TY so much Tim for another taste adventure...this looked wonderful and plentiful ❤. Happy you got to see family while in Melbourne...please say Happy Mother's day to your wonderful mom 🙏🤍🌷🌷🤙
The kiddos are so cute! Love the chicken names. Hotpot buffet, that is a wonderful idea. So many choices. Like your special sauce recipe but I would have gone for several just to have fun dipping in each one. Just made lamb with my favorite cilantro riata dipping sauce. Hello from hot and sunny Oregon.
The little ones are very cute indeed. And they picked really great names for their chickens. What I did not show in the video because I didn’t want to give their home away, was that literally they are next-door to McDonald’s serving up their special deals on chicken nuggets.😬😆
Hi Tim, Welcome to Melbourne. Been following your videos for a few years now. Always hoping you come down under and now your here lol. How long you in Melbourne for? You should do a meet and great with your followers if you have the chance. :) have a great time cheers
Thank you so much! Melbourne feels just like home…especially the weather. There’s a little bit of lag between when I visit and when the videos are posted. Really enjoyable there, and I think I need to do a better job at communicating where I’m visiting in real time. Any ideas?

House of delight is an absolute delight, we went for Sunday lunch a slightly smaller dessert bar. However the variety of food was vast and so fresh. The hotpot experience is so much fun and the stock choices is amazing.
What is the time limit for the eat all you can buffet? did you go there for lunch or dinner? I wonder if they only serve those nice seafood at night time.
Thank you so much, Jade. Passing that along to Mom and she really appreciates it. We celebrated it yesterday and really enjoyable. You would have loved those black bean clams, but I think they called it pipies there.
Hi tim great video I am not a fan of the hot pot because I'm not very good at cooking my own food at the table 😅 but you seem to enjoy it which is great!! Thank you so much for your experience
Tim, you continue to amaze us with your knowledge of what you are eating. The buffet looks delicious, especially the hot pot choices. Hold the duck blood squares. ❤❤❤
Based on your review, we travelled just over 2.5 hours to go to The House of Delights. We went during lunch, which understandably didn't have the same variety as a dinner setting, but it was fantastic nonetheless. The manager (and all the staff) were so friendly and welcoming. He even made a dessert (jelly and condiments) for us as we had no clue how it was to be eaten. Wonderful experiance for children to explore hotpot. Thank you for a wonderful review.

Australia and New Zealand always offer the whole scallop. Which includes the coral ( orange part ). Which is very tasty.
