I am mexican, but i dont think that way about peruvians, at the end of the day the people commenting are only a minority and dont reflect the sentiment of the entire country of peru and what little i know about south america it seems like peru is the central hub for south american cuisine as well.

I love Mexico City! The food is fantastic. Different parts of Mexico have different street foods. Each one, a true delight. There is no end to the culinary delights throughout Mexico. Travel around the country and discover the regional treats. Tortas Malpaso in Zacatecas is a great example! Have fun. Lindsey is beautiful too! Just sayin'!

Your quarantine experience in Peru werent casual, I am sure you learnt more about living than in any other trip you had. Is awesome see on screen sightseeings and people are hard to found in a regular journey. You were privilaged too met them, Both of you shows in your glance and face what you really felt in any place you visit or in any situation you had. Mr. Potato goodbye was ephic between a sad situation for you three and happy in the way he found a lovely family and a better place for him. As brave travelers you had a right decission stayed in Peru between the phandemic crisis. Perhaps without that situation you could never experienced all of that. Is miracle exists you deserves a return to Peru when all have been well to visit not only Machu Picchu, but also to see other marvelous places like Tipon in Cuzco (Hydraulic Temple), Choquequirao (the twin citadelle of Machu Picchu), Kuelap Temple in the Rainforest, Huascaran White Mountains Valleys, the Tambopata Rainforest Reserve or Nor Nor Yauyos Cocha Sightseeing Reserve in the Andes of Lima for having a wide comprehenssion on the strong legacy we have on Peru for the world future. Regards and thanks for your kind words, your respect to the diversity and to admire a country like Peru.

I was born in Seattle but live in CDMX there are beautiful places.
I dont think you failed on finding street food! You had a little bit of it all. San Angel is such a pretty place, one of my favorites in the city. And I think you made a good choice at Mercado del Carmen, it may not be a traditional place but it is a cool place to explore a more upper class scene in Mexico and many mexicans go to those places on sundays or to treat ourselves.
Your dress is really beautiful and the earrings look like your dress, you look amazing !!! Mexico City is a fascinating place ... it has many things to do!
