Difference between hard worker and smart worker_Hardworker do their work very carefully they do not do any short cut method in their task and complete their task in given time, but smart workers do their work smartly and they use short cut method or use some technique to complete their task in less time than hard worker..... Definitely not, and this definition is super childish. Smart worker is someone who questions the fundamental reason of doing a process and if need the goal too.
hardworking persons only doing there work only but smart working persons work hard but with the direction,
Simple example for u if u prepare for upsc exams or any other some peoples are cracking the exam 1year or 2 year, bt some fellows r cracking jst 6 months this is called smart work... One who know fully syllabus or previous questions what actually want for the particular task.. That only they do... Bt hardworker studying full dnt knw the taste of the exam or trend so they take too much time... This is only d difeerence..how much u learn is not a thing, what actually u need is the thing...

You're incredibly nervous, subconsciously. You don't realise that unless you go there the first time. But, once you attend that 1st interview, it's all vanished and you're up with a new confidence. Just relax people

Excellent response to every questions they asked to you. Some of your response were very straight forward, and it indicates how humble you are as a human.

For a fresher she did well. Maybe they should have asked more questions on projects she worked on during her graduation.
And interviewer should make a candidate more comfortable to yeild better response. That makes good interview experience for both sides.

Hardwork is the brute force approach while smart work is the approach to do the same task in less Big O.
I just saw this video after 4years, but why should she stay after 6pm? If you want to keep her after the hours, you should consider her for a higher salary. If I were a candidate for the interview, I would undoubtedly ask how much you would be willing to pay to stay longer. The issue is not whether the candidate is staying more or less, but how much percent work is done by the candidate with interest in the given time. But interview was very nice for the entry level people and she did well.
Simply it's a mock that she was laughed after the interview.. nice but nurvious verification between Her hardwrk and softworker... But gd adjuster she was what they asking her

Interview should be a discussion and shouldn't not be an ego factory. discuss some real time problem and check his solving skills for fresher's what kind of experience they get to answer about the difference between smart work and hardwork . Everyone definition is different than what interviewer expects. So growup guys change the work culture and interview culture at par with global standards . Keeping in mind that interview is not a kaunbanega and crorepathi game.
Mostly other companies would have separate sessions for technical and HR as well.. but in TCS, most probably the interview session would be the combination of both technical as well as HR. 3 HR would be interviewing you asking questions from both technical and HR.

A interview is a interview no matter how confidently you go .. the main role of a interviewer is to make u confused and make you nervous...to check your nerves...

Omg these rounds are so difficult.. like they're not asking you anything new but really confusing you in between the words you that you yourself put up in from of them 🥵.. this really scares me for the placement activity that I'll be going through after a few months 🤥

you can't decide that much faster when you get a situation like that !!!!
For such a complicated question, you should turn the tables on the interviewer by asking him to give a specific example of such a scenario.

Hard Work vs Smart Work... We need to understand that just we hear smart workers are better, don't just support it. Every person has his own intellect and are currently working according to it. Being in IT for 5 years I believe that hard work gradually paves way to smart work. Today also I would say I am a hard worker.There would be situations where you will need to do 100 hit and trials to reach a solution.Do you have that zeal(hard work) to do that and believe me these trials will definitely bring in the thought process(smart work) to do things efficiently in next challenge.

I have not watched the full video but some mistakes which represents it scripted is:- 1.Dress 2.smiling in the starting of interview 3.Sometimes interviewer forgot its turn to ask question.

My TCS interview was not like this, all the questions asked were technical, and the only two question asked by HR were the name CEO of TCS and tell about yourself that's not in your CV.

smart worker have a plan and timeline to work on and they do proper research and proper time management, on the other hand hard worker may not have proper planning and just working hard to complete the work with no timeline and goal oriented and properly defined purpose.
