1 Pineapple (with or without the core)
10 Carrots
2 Lemons (skin on)
Ginger (as much as you can tolerate)

Right on time! It’s that time of the month now & now I know how to prepare for next month. I would drink watermelon & pineapple juice to help with hydration & inflammation but since watermelon isn’t in season I’ve been missing out. Definitely going to start making this to help! I've been juicing for years, but I just bought the Nama juicer during their black Friday sale and it is a game changer! Definitely gonna try the beet + pineapple recipe...might even try straight celery juice 🫣 I usually do celery, cucumber, ginger and lemon. It's my favorite!

@@LifeWithBrianaLeigh I've used a cheap small one from Amazon and the Ninja one. Both were a hassle. Lol. I've also done blend + strain which was even more of a hassle 😂😂

I’m definitely not a wine expert but I know it wouldn’t taste good with pulp 😭😭😭
I struggle with beets, i don’t really like them. Any substitue? Nice video by the way👍
I have never tried to sub them out to be honest! I just forced myself to like them! maybe try peeling the skin to help with the earth taste and maybe try a smaller beet! you could also add honey or agave to help sweeten (all I can think of at the moment, but I hope this helps!)
