How do you combat cavitaion? I built one a few years ago and it sucked a little air on choppy water. Not to bad, but I didn't like it. I am currently getting thing together to make another one.
I do not have that but my girl does. i actually already have had her try to contact you on there. i will touch base with her again to see if she did it correctly.
thanks for the reply, Did you have any issues with the fuel having to travel from the front to the back.Or was the stock fuel pump/vacum able to pull it from the front.
Do you build these for anyone, and if so what's the price?
Awesome build! Do you use plywood, composite or aluminum for decking? Thanks.
All my decking and sub structures are of treated wood.
I got a 15 foot randellcraft craft fiberglass jon boat and an early tiger shark....I'm thinking about doing this

GOOD WORK.. are any of these for sale or DO you build them on the side?
None currently for sale, I typically build for people, they bring me the boat and the ski.
I do most of my contacting through IG. If you have an IG account, look me up at sc_designs77

Do you have batteries mounted in the front or back? stock fuel tank from jetski ?
Battery is in the rear, the stock kawasaki fuel tank is mounted in the front under the decking.

No issues at all.
thanks. any special fiberglass product for aluminum for building the spoon or covering screw heads or anything
Make sure you go with an Poly resin for fiber glassing. Any of the Bondo brand resin you fine at lowes or your autoparts store will work.
