All jokes aside, man is this game weird. Not only does it feel incomplete, missing all that stuff Jaimers said, it doesn't even seem to have any plot/story whatsoever. It's quite literally just a game that exists. Also the AI does already die if you look at it funny, but when playing as Morgan, you ain't even gotta do that, it might as well just decide it wants to die simply for existing.
@@Iris_Descent Seihou and consistency just sorta don't belong together. 4 games, yet only the first game makes any actual sense...at least until the Extra stage, because that introduces a plotpoint that is completely forgotten about after a second crossover-stage in another game.
Said Extra having questionable canonicity anyway because Seihou takes place in the far future. (A comment from ZUN kinda all but says he just wanted to have Reimu and Marisa just for the sake of it, so, hell, it probably isn't canon at all) And if Samidare is to be taken at face value where its Extra probably takes place after SG Extra, it's around the 28th/29th century.
@@Iris_Descent Tbh, that's about as much inconsistency as simply having PC98 Touhou be canon, but actually not, but actually sorta as long as it does not contradict modern canon, even tho some details that may or may not be contradicted are taken as literally having happened anyhow because ZUN couldn't be bothered coming up with new backstories for Alice and Yuuka. As it stands, it's more or less a "whatever" because official statements are surprisingly unhelpful and and it all slots together only vaguely anyhow. In a semi-joke ending, TH3 mentions the possibility of the outside world being much more advanced and we can easily retroactively apply the concept of the great barrier to the old material before its introduction.(There seems to be very little to contradict its existance. If anything, an unspecified seperator between "Still unnamed Gensoyko" and the outside world is infact implied.)
congrats on the "no miss" ! I think this game really should have a mode with better AI. or at least should've let ZUN do the AI, smh AmuReco. this game would be very kewl if it had difficulty modes
Secret Touhou 19 character, I can't believe Yuuka is actually back.
I'm telling you, THIS TIME Mima's gonna be back!

@@WillowEpp Nah.
@@WillowEpp Stop giving me hope.
@@WillowEpp Gotta tell you... She didn't.
So surreal to hear some of these soundtracks in the context of an actual game. Enigmatic Doll is such a banger.
People:"Windows Yuuka is cool, she was in a phantasmagoria-style game!"
PC98 Yuuka:
sticking out yuuk gyatt for the rizzler
💀
dude what
iconic game
I wonder if anyone on the planet has ever played this game with another human.
I have now, thanks to Parsec. It works pretty well if you’re not too far off and get a decent latency.
how to draw manga books be like
The hype is real!!!!!...... Congratulations!!!
Gettin' some practice in before the demo drops? Respectable. I have this game kicking around somewhere, I should try it again sometime.
Amazing!
Dat Ass
No wonder Seihou 2 has some infamous reputation.
It feels...odd. And just like you said - unifinished.
No no. Go back. Do it again.
The thumbnail, I mean. You know what you're missing.

@@Iris_Descent With all the crazy stuff in Touhou I can't imagine that time travel would break the canon.
I'm not gonna lie I didn't expect to see KG before the th19 video drop lmao
