Josh you were blessed to cross the path of Dr Phil . Every thing Phil says makes me regret I didn’t meet a dr Phil in my life. And as you say brilliantly when your interested in something it’s half the battle ,,, this video should be shown to young people who are struggling to find a path direction or happy way of life
I'm very fortunate to have crossed paths with Phil. I'm a big advocate of working hard will get you where you want and a little bit of luck along the way! I hope young people do see it, I'd love to be able to inspire the next generation!

Josh, what a wonderful hour I have just spent watching this podcast. You and Dr Phil are a ray of sunshine to me and I could have listened to that all day. Having owned my first business at the age of 21 and now retired after a number of successful enterprises, I found that the three key qualities that helped me establish healthy and effective partnerships were having great communication, collaboration, and commitment from all involved and that included my teams of employees. I am sure you and Phil will do well and look forward to hearing more about your journey. Thanks

I have never seen so many adverts interrupting a video, but apart from the interruption from Google et al; it was a very interesting and enjoyable episode.
I don’t control where the adverts come in and out, I leave that all to RUclips. But I’m glad you enjoyed the episode!
I realise you don’t have much input regarding advertising on this platform, it was just the sheer number that amazed me. RUclips obviously want and need me to buy the opt out package very badly today. Nevertheless great video, would be nice to maybe take us on a video tour of the fields with Dr Phil and yourself if the ground conditions ever improve and allow. Keep up the good work Josh 👍

That was an interesting hour you pair. Its a good format, i find you get some of the most interesting conversations and insights in an informal setting such as this. I always enjoy a yap with the vets if theyve got time for a brew after tb testing etc as an example.

Really good for the both of you 👌👍 just sat doing invoices while listening 😆. It’s definitely not easy trying to get your foot in the door for land, I can see me doing like Phil if I want my own patch😩. Think Phil was right when he said about finishing, stores and keeping breeding cattle as it keeps the money rolling in especially when you start our👌👍
