you said Celica GTS, in the USA the AE86 was known as the Corolla GTS, in Japan and other parts of the world they had the Sprinter Trueno and Corolla Levin one had pop up headlights the other had fixed headlights the wheels look like the RS Watababe rims pretty cool tbh.
Short answer no. Those 86’s have been getting blown engine reports lately
What do you really expect from Subaru?
Hey Joe! Was there supposed to be a 3rd GR vehicle?
6 mins and counting Chris!
@@RaitisRides STOP! PRIUS time! Lol 😆 🤣
@@DarkJediChrisG-1425you have no patience dude smh
I want this to be my first sport car!!! 😍😍🙌🏾 I’m hooked on GR86 now 🤤
Ah yes, the BMW Supra and the Subaru Trueno. Toyota really brining back their classics...
I’m pretty sure the Supra is being bought by BMW guys and the GR86 by Subaru guys. Toyota purist won’t touch these vehicles.
I like the rear spoiler and the breaks I have a 2013 BRZ
i ordered a manual halo premium 2023 GR86 back in november, still have yet to receive it, but it almost pains me to see this. as i was planning on making my 86 look like takumi’s 86. i want to personally build mine anyway, but i do love a panda trueno. i wish i could somehow get the trueno badges and shifter? i don’t want to pretend i have this special edition but i do like those. personally not a fan of the red accents in the interior. i’ve never liked red interiors i don’t think they age well. dove grey probably is the worst tho.
i’m excited to build my car when it gets here. i’m just an initial d enthusiast who happens to be a car guy and ordered an 86.
It's always definitely good camera work great angles
This is the best car for the money at track days
Be nice if the exhaust has the crackle and pop for all the special editions
This is so very true!
Way better than the "HACK-ONE"
holy crap he said Trueno correctly
gg man love your vids lol, never gonna let that one go though
I actually prefer the premium version. I thing the stripes and hood don't look great
congrats on hitting a Milli, well deserved
I’m in the market for one but did Toyota resolve the silicone issue clogging up the oil pick up tube?
Even if they did the engine design is horrible for reliability due to oil moving away from the pickup in turns
Also for changing the spark plugs
I just got the GR86 over a month ago but damn this looks nice!!
As a fan of Initial D and the AE86, I can adore this car
We need to see how creative the Subaru people can be and see them do something special with the BRZ.
They did a special edition called the BRZ tS (tuned by STI) for 2018 and 2020. I wouldn't be surprised if they brought it back to have a special edition.
they’re rumored to finally be making an STI version of it when the Toyota partnership expires
Beautiful, really really nice and love the history piece. I drove a Trueno years ago good stuff. But am I the only one........... why does it remind me of the new Z???
is it msrp? yes? no? ill keep my 19 year old 4runner that runs very good thank you. I love your videos Raiti!
Then why ever buy a new car if you are the type to keep old ones running?
Lovin it, Toyota knockin it outta the park!
I totally agree with you!
