Awesome video for Goddess Sojin and her girls. As much as I loved Expectation and Female President, they really did save the best banger for last with I'll Be Yours. That song rocks. I think I forgot the bassist of Bebop had been in Girl's Day. She's had a wild career. It's sad that we probably won't see the likes of Girl's Day again. That was a great era.
the amount of hate they got was insane.. they’re one of the coolest groups ever imo. tilt my head was a unique & cute song but i understand y ppl hate it LOL, plus their outfits were cool!
I loved this video, so nostalgic!! Girl's Day was my first ult group. Twinkle Twinkle was my kpop awakening in high school and ive followed the members solo careers since then
4:15 this is so true! “nothing lasts forever” is my #1 fav song EVER. minah’s high note leaves me speechless every time.. the most underrated vocalist ever. & the splits??? - their choreos r always so cool
They were one of my favorite girlgroups around that time (with aoa and stellar), I absolutely adored them. My bias was Minah but I loved all of them, I still miss them to this day. Its great to see them still going to variety shows and being on dramas, but I do wish we could see another comeback from them someday. I had followed them since their Expectation era and it feels very nostalgic. So thank you for making this video! They truly deserve a lot of praise for their talent and fun personalities. (Btw I think one huge thing that you missed was about how Hyeri became the it girl at that moment and the virality of her character Deokson from Reply1988 since it was the reason many got to know her and the group if they havent before from their songs!)
Yura is the prettiest kpop idol i have seen ❤. Her Expectation and Something era is just a party of visuals to me
ty for making such a dedicated video! i became a fan of them in 2011 when i was about 10yo and i continue to love them very much. my first physical album was the Female President repackage! although, being an idol is a job, i love how clearly the members enjoy each others company despite that. in the 2020s, i'm always saddened that they're misremembered more than their peers but i'm grateful that you decided to document their history! dai5y forever

Shame Girls Day just went out w/ a whimper as most 2nd Generation groups at the time just fade away by 2020. I hope if they do comeback, I would hope for a more definitive and happy end for them. Also Hyeri was my fave!
I loved all of their comebacks, and Oh My God is by far my favorite. I don't think a day goes by where I don't listen to that song.

I can say that Girl’s Day is one of my favourite girl’s group from small companies. They’re extremely talented and their chemistry is just amazing on and off stage. They also have unique visuals and have their own personality. Iconic group for sure!❤
I’m a woman and almost 30, so hearing Soojin talking about this makes me emotional and also excited for a new life. I’m sure others also felt the same.

the female president was directly linked w the sewol ferry disaster, she did not help anybody and the government was extremely corrupted and the cause of the deaths of the children (gov refusing to help or send divers, refusing to send help, funding a cult basically, etc etc). stephanies soo video on the situation explains what happened better but essentially the female president was AWFUL and they released that song at a time where she was super hated and it just aged horribly
damn i had no idea,i believe it was yesterday i saw a tweet saying that the group stopped performing the song because the president was a horrible person but i didn’t know why and got into girls day last year so i hadn’t even noticed that they stopped performing the song
