Honestly I think it's one of the best uses of AI in a pvp game possible. Real voice actors are better used in pve or single player games where a performance can really shine but an ai announcer in pvp potentially lets it actually react to what's going on in real time and makes matches feel like they're a real thing happening.

Imagine if they added proximity chat to this game. You'd be chilling on the cash just to hear a distant beefed up sock scream all hell then *SLAM* you just got smacked so hard your future grandchildren felt it.
