My Individualization is #6 and I think it "partners" with my Top 5 far more than I'd realized before watching this TT video. Thank you to the Gallup team for providing these amazing resources! And, Kristin, I'm totally your groupie - I absolutely loved the way you articulate your experiences and how you amplify the positive experiences of others.
Thank You. I learned about some of the combinations of my top 5 strengths. For example, the uncommon combination between Individualization and Connectedness allows me to see "the trees and the forest".
I have both Individualization #6 and Consistency #7...which seems less likely to be closely paired, however what resonates with me is this...I believe in fair treatment, I notice individual talents and strengths in others but I do still believe that everyone deserves to be acknowledged and valued and are unique as well. In my eye's everyone deserves to get the same shots as another but I also feel that some people just need shots that are more geared toward their own unique talents or abilities. I love to make people feel good about themselves and I think that these two pair very well together. :) BTW my top 5 are 1)Strategic, Learner, Relator, Analytical & Ideation. I love the Theme Thursdays...such an in depth look at all of these and really provide excellent feedback for those of us who use our knowledge of Strengths to help others. Thank you!
I am obsessed with Gallup Strengths. I have Individualization as Number 1 and Connectedness as Number 2.The way it was described here I feel very lucky now.I see the tree and the forrest yay lol.
Thank you for pointing that out. I think I'm still not to live up to my Harmony potential, and Harmony my top 1 strength. hahaha. I still find myself avoiding conflict, and from this video I think I learned something to improve my number 1 strength :)
That last comment by Curt, about how his daughter-in-law can mimic people they are around, makes me wonder how many impersonators have Individualization as high?
And can I assume you have high Individualization too?! It's #1 for me. I dont' think I do impersonations well, but I feel like I have a vocal personality for every passing whim. It's almost like I have a character for every moment of the day. And now I sound schizophrenic.
Omg I Feel like she is talking about me.The struggle with consistency haha.I will Blame it on my Individualization from now on,I was born like this, deal with it.
Capture your uniqueness. Individualization is third on my strengths list. Another great Theme Thursday.
Individualization #1 for me. I enjoyed this one. :-)

Love the resources Gallup gives us!
She was a thrill to listen to, and I don't even have individualization.
This is a brilliant resource on Individualisation
Interesting thoughts on contrasting Connectedness with Individualization since they're 6 & 7 respectively for me!

+Luke Ramsay it's funny you mention that! I love to mimic people...mostly comedians....I do a great Kermit and Ms. Piggy! I crack my friends up lol

+Luke Ramsay ...yes it's my #6. Interesting watching these they are so spot on it's uncanny.

So weird, i totally get hanging out with different ages but i dont see the age - i appreciate differences instead :)
I had Consistency as #3 & Individualization as #5
Ohhh you have a very rare combination! How do you manage both? It's interesting
