And to think about my role at my previous job's. I was that person engaging others when everyone voices their opinion when I noticed a/ one person on a side line not saying anything ... I dont like conflict I attend to stay away, individuals do come to me in that matter but I don't like that I am bia's to bring peace... Thank you for your expression on this subject.. ;*)
I really can see how this is one of my strong strengths if not the strongest. It started very early on as a baseball player then a coach. The team only wins if all the players are working for the same goal, and I’ve always managed to make players mesh. Not being so authoritative and demanding. For me to be in Harmony demands constant learning for me to understand different viewpoints.
seems like this strength does not get its proper respect, why is that? I too felt it was a bit soft when I got my top 5. However, it is an invaluable strength, I can see it in my career choices and how it has been a central component. What would happen if there was not a group of individuals with harmony as their strength?

Anyone know if the 5 strengths are in priority? If so, I have no clue why it shows up as my 1st strength.
