My experience of coming out as gay, being diagnosed with HIV and what Pride means to me.
At the end of June, I ran a talk at work discussing my experience of coming out, being diagnosed with HIV and talking about what Pride means to me. I was asked to share this more publicly, and so here it is.
If you're struggling, please don't suffer in silence. Reach out to a friend, a family member or a charity or other organisation.
No matter what you're going through, you are loved and cared for, you are strong and you're never alone.

Please tell me what test you did im negative after 5 months but all symptoms im having

I'm not 100% sure the exact details of the test I'm afraid. If you've tested negative after 5 months, it's likely you are negative. Your symptoms could be relating to something else. Have you had a full sexual health screen?

Its good that they're all negative. Have you spoken to your doctor about your symptoms? It could be something unrelated
