What I figured out was that I wanted someone that I loved to be with me for always. I found a wonderful man, not perfect just like me who wanted the same thing. This month we celebrate 20 years married and 40 years together. What more could anyone want.
Not only David's life stories are amazing, but also all the posted stories are. I really want to thank all these great human beings for sharing them. I must say, as a 60-year-old man, that I've finally found my favorite RUclips channel. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
An admirable perspective about one’s life long achievements and role within the LGBTQ community. Your positive and upbeat view on life is inspiring and an example for others to follow. I am in the exact same situation and discovering this eloquent and positive summation of one’s life achievements is very nurturing and has instantly lifted my spirits . Thank you for finding the words to express what I have always wanted to say to the entire world. X❤
thank you for talking about your experiences, You never know this might be a lifeline for someone struggling with coming to terms with themselves...valuable information.
Good call! One's experience or story could totally be a life saver for another. You never know how big of a reach you have, until you actually talk about your experience. That's definitely one of the goals of this channel. I really hope that more people will come forward.
My mother found a life magazine in my room about homosexuality in America and told me if she found out any of her kids were one of these sick perverts she would lock them away in a mental hospital for life. Not all mothers of gay boys were good people. My dad never took a interest in me either. But that's life
I know, right? These types have the transgender trait in them. I'm a very normal, naturally masculine dude who's gay. It took me decades until self acceptance because I'm a real dude.
@@markmh835 alot of them are afraid to come out, just like cisgender closeted homosexuals are afraid to disclose our sexual orientation. Transgenders are generally very easy to spot, from anyone's perspective.
@@markmh835most trans are in denial and closeted. Don't be so naive. Transgender people are targeted just like bi and gay people. Most trans identify as "gay". Kind of like most mentally retarded people are naturally so, not caused by downs syndrome. Same concept. They are "gay" because of a birth defect. I am a real cisgender brained male who is gay.

True. Many parents did cut ties with their children and even kicked them out of the house at such a young age.
1/3 of males are bi or gay. We wouldn't all be locked up, just the fruity/transgender types were.
So nice to hear a nice coming out story. Mine was similar. ❤
Thank you so much. Jeffrey
I'd like ve ry much to meet you, Hugs Joe.
I enjoy your "growing up" stories. Thanks for sharing and have a GREAT week, Daivd.
Thank you very much for encouraging words and supporting the channel.
some guys cannot butch it up.

It takes a gay ear👂 to hear a gay voice.

It's not gay voice. It's transgender voice. I'm gay and a very normal dude
"he's" not gay, "he's" TRANSGENDER
What are you talking about??? I think if he were trans, he would have said so.
