I LOVE looking at houses! Your house in Arizona is pretty much perfect - the kids' space is amazing and you have so much privacy. some of those houses in Nashville had neighbors right in your yard...not sure you'd love that. Boot shopping was hilarious and Bella and Dallin are great airplane baby sitters!

We love living here, outside of Nashville. The countryside is beautiful and the people are genuinely sweet like their tea. We all pull over when a funeral procession passes, we wave at passerbyers, we lend a hand, we stop over and share our homegrown veggies. We love Jesus and football.

The mountains in the fall just can't be beat! I think wherever you feel you can be at home, is when you will know it's time to move.

The real question that you need to ask yourselves is how you deal with humidity? You live in a very dry climate that is relatively bug free. Both cannot not be said for Nashville. Humid and buggy in summer. It is a great town, however. For someone like myself who has weather as a top priority, Nashville doesn’t cut it.

Note: TN does have some crazy wind sometimes at night, it doesn't often snow here but it does get cold. People don't really worry about tornados, although they do happen from time to time, barely any wildfires & the last big earthquake was in the 1800's.

Hello,Lauren , and Arie, my son and his wife from Brazil have just moved there to Nashville and they love it. You would’ve liked it more if you could have enjoyed some of the really good food there and chilled out a little bit. I’m sure it was stressful trying to do all that in three days, all three houses we’re gorgeous, but I prefer the more modern one. I think it was house number 2 . It’s a big decision and I wish yall the best on figuring it out. I-love the fresh air there, people are so friendly, and I had what they call hot chicken without the hot sauce, it was the best I have tasted at a long time. There is actually a lot to do up there and it doesn’t stay cold forever you have the change of seasons, which is always nice. Best of luck on making your decision. I enjoyed the video. Take care.❤

Arizona and Nashville have their plus and minuses. Arizona is awesome this time of year. In the summer, not so much. But going to the lake and your own swimming pool makes it much easier to bear. I lived in Scottsdale all my high school years. It gets hot in the summer, but we had our own pool. Nashville is a humid place. People who live in the South say a person gets used to the humidity in a couple of months. Maybe so, but any outdoor activity in the summer makes you sweat like you are in a sauna. My brother lived in the Chattanooga area. They were at the lakes all the time in the summer. His children were raised there and they love it. They have chosen to live there as adults. How about family? Any in Nashville? Jobs? I think Arie is a real estate agent beside a RUclips Star, so that should be considered. Still have the house in Hawaii? Snowbirds do the right thing for the weather. Living in AZ you see this. They live up north in the summer, and come to AZ from about November through April. Then back to their house in the north. You can't really do this with kids unless they are homeschooled. So no perfect solution. Just find the area that meets your best choices and move there. As a kid, our family moved every three years. Minnesota, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arizona.

Here’s my idea…but a home in Nashville and use it as a “AirBNB” and then when y’all want to go there, just make those dates unavailable. On the flip side, I’m not so sure I would want anyone in my home even if I don’t live there. Hard call. You definitely would not have a problem renting it temporarily to someone or doing the AirBnB, plus it’s making you money also. If you don’t necessarily need the income, just use it as a vacation home for yourselves and maybe close friends and family? Idk, just some ideas! I know Nashville is on my bucket list, have never been and I will be 39 in February, gahhhhh! I’ve heard so many wonderful things about Nashville, it’s definitely somewhere I will go ASAP! Love the homes there, shoot I wish I could afford to buy a home there! Such a fun vlog, love that Dalin and Bella get to come along and enjoy the kids as well as hang with y’all. (D&B, praying for you always, much love and positive vibes always!) Thanks for sharing! Love looking at homes anywhere, I literally am on Zillow all the time just for fun. Weird I know. Hope y’all find what you’re looking for! Between AZ, HI, and possibly TN, that’s very impressive and well deserved! Y’all are great parents and I always enjoy your content! Question for Arie…Since you are in RE, do you ever encounter the “Street of Dreams” homes in your area? I wasn’t sure if anyone did that anymore. I live in Henderson, NV, and we used to have the Street of Dreams every year, up until Covid, since then I doubt anyone will ever do it again. I could be wrong. Anyway, just curious! I know you prob won’t see this, but would love to hear your thoughts!

Gardening and landscaping is trending more towards native for your region plant species to support the native bugs and wildlife. Definitely Arizona. Nashville is too much of a tourist attraction. I think with those three beautiful babies and Aries family, Bella, etc being in AZ... that's what I would do.

prefer to be close to the national parks in utah and arizona, perhaps buy a different home in arizona (newer home with different layout), and do an airbnb for a month in the summertime in nashville

When Alesia was laying on the floor in the boot barn, it was like in Toy Story when all the toys have to drop bc people are coming 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I like water.....and I love rainy days.... and bright green trees.. AZ is pretty hot and dry. another question.... closer or further from family? The intricacies of which house.... doesn't really matter unless you wholeheartedly decide to make the move to Nashville.
