    Hey Natalie-- IVF RN here. I work in Australia and we don't have the availability of IM PIO here! We never give it daily. So mainly we give vaginal or sometimes a sub Q prog called Prolutex!
    Just thought it was worth mentioning as you talked quite strictly about the supplemental PIO. Yet 1 in 18 babies in Aus are now IVF babies. So terrific numbers. 😊 just thought I would respect on different culture practices.

    Thanks for going into such detail. Do you go straight to Estrace from Lupron or wait for a period? Does estrace after lupron make adeno worse?
