Great information, what anti inflammatory or neutral drinks would be good? A lot of the internet is recommending copious quantities of fruit and veggies juices, but that is removing all the fibre. PS Green tea makes me nauseous at the best of times 🤢

This is over-complicating the situation. You have PCOS because you have chronic elevated insulin. That's it. All of the symptoms that were discussed here are downstream of the elevated insulin. In other words, even though you might have many PCOS symptoms, the root cause of all of them is chronic elevated insulin. You can very easily test to confirm this. The two best tests to take are: • Fasting insulin test • ADIPO-IR test Fasting insulin test shows your baseline level of insulin. If it is over 5 uIU/mL, it is too high and will be causing problems The ADIPO-IR test looks for insulin resistance specifically in fat cells (fat cells are the first cells to show insulin resistance). Take one or both of those tests. If your doctor doesn't want to give you the tests, tell them to enter it into your permanent medical record that you requested the tests but they refused to order it. This will scare them sh•tless and they will order the tests. If they are still refusing, get a new doctor *_as soon as humanly possible._* Once you confirm if you have high insulin (spoiler alert: *_you do_* ), then you can move on to fixing it and reversing your PCOS. Fastest, safest, and most consistent way to fix your insulin problems ane reverse PCOS is to keep your total daily carbohydrate below 20g/day. You will go through a one or two week adjustment period which kinda' sucks - you will have sugar withdrawal symptoms. After that, you will see noticeable improvements by the week. Full PCOS reversal can be achieves in about a year (especially if you incorporate exercise). The major exception to this is if you are on hormone-altering medications like birth control. I am happy to answer questions or explain more or address concerns.

infections are a common yet mostly unknown cause of infertility. infections such a ureaplasma and lyme disease in the uterus. so many more infections than what are currently tested for are able to be spread via sex. fungal issues, parasites, etc. all leading to infertility.

Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.

Diagnosed by vaginal ultrasound my doctor found uterine polyp. I forget the size, either 7cm or 7mm. Doctor said borderline of needing to be removed , but went on to say to keep it and continue TTC. ALL the information i read & find online states uterine polys cause implantation issues and miscarriage, as well as problems in pregnancy to the fetus. Is it possible to have a pregnancy with a uterine polyp ? Thank you
