I wanted to take a rest day today but later on thought to give this a go as I was planning to have sushi for lunch. I was expecting this to be easy as it's a 25 mins workout, but I swear by the 2nd round I was sweating like crazy but I completed it. Great workout for busy days where you hardly get time to workout .
Following Liss going to be about 1 year. Really enjoyed everyone of her Workouts. So very glad I found Liss n grateful that I benefited alot following her always. Really recommend many others to subscribe n follow her, cheerio. She the Best of the best ! 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
