I love the attitude of their car usage here...they drive it untill literally falls apart, all parts are used and utilised untill total destruction, getting every worth from every mile driven. We should do that in the Western world too...
Many people would probably do that here as well but we have regulations in place..some good and some bad. I would definitely drive the shit out of any car but when you start failing the inspection sometimes it's cheaper to get a "new" car than to fix the old one according to standards.

That was the worst part for me too. The car being absolutely wrecked is okay, but moisture and the smell of mildew are a no-go.
