Another use for Distract is in arena, when you see the enemy healer drinking for mana, you can use Distract which as a big range and AoE to stop their drink, even if its behind a pillar.
Also, you can Mass Dispel Cyclone to remove it.
While spriests dont have SW:Death at the moment, BFA discipline priests can opt in for Premonition (honour talent I think) which has a similar effect. It heals you and nearby targets, extents atonement by 3 sec, and causes you to take damage after a second, letting you break polymorph if timed well.
Shamans as well as druids can avoid repentance if they shapeshift/ghost wolf before the cast goes off, giving them immunity to it.
Certain spells don't trigger diminishing returns in PVP, I think the stun from summon infernal is an example.
This doesn't work anymore, but in battlegrounds like Temple of Kotmugo, you used to be able to Mind Control the enemy orb carriers, and then while they were MC'd, you have a friendly paladin use blessing of protection on them, which would remove their orb without needing to kill them.
If a restoration shaman uses spirit link totem before he/she gets polymorphed, the healing from polymorph is free healing for the rest of the team in the totem until it breaks. It's also a reason why vitality conduit is so broken in 8.3, because you use it before you get polymorphed, and the ally target gets free health siphoning from you, who is being healed by polymorph.
Also, health-siphoning effects like spirit-link totem and vitality conduit are unaffected by mortal wounds effect, making them extremely effective even at high dampening levels.
In the shadowy duel pvp talent from sub rogues, the other target cannot vanish. Even if they try to use a stealth effect/invis effect/vanish, the sub rogue can sitll see them and attack them because shadowy duel lets them always see their target until the effect ends.
You can shadowmeld while spells are being casted to cause an effect like feign death where it untargets you. But even more skilled is if you shadowmeld while the spell is in the air, which causes immunity to the damage. Example, you could shadowmeld a greater pyroblast while its being casted so it doesn't go off, or you can shadowmeld it while its in the air towards you and it won't even do any damage. If you are even more skilled, you can shadowmeld stuff like storm bolt from warriors, which will prevent the stun from occurring too. Night elf rogues can also quick enter stealth from doing that sometimes, allowing a free 'vanish'.

I should probably clarify a small little thing. A lot of these things are known to the people who play these classes and to pvpers, but are not as well known to people who dont play these classes or pvp. So a warrior probably never heard of the SW:D trick for example, thats the "hidden" part. The title is obviously more clickbait in nature, but not everyone plays every single class in the game so the average wow player will learn a "hidden interaction" or two from the video!

It took like solid one year or even more until they learnt to use disengage the same way and not to attack me, when I was with the flag on a high place, since it could be only used while in combat. Also, gambling a fear (with the warrior in reflect), cast fear onto the warrior, reflecting it back to get on a fear/blind DR and get some distance between me and the warrior, possibly even blow a charge/intercept. The draw back is if the fear blows me back into the warrior.

Disengage is one of the most fun skills in the game, in my opinion, for the above reasons. You can also do this as a balance druid with wild charge. As a bonus, applying a slowfall effect (advanced, can also cancelaura!) can really give you distance with this ability.

Another trick on druids against a stealth class is to cast nature's grasp on yourself and jump to the left and right over and over. When they open on you, even if it's a stun, they'll be rooted but you're body will keep moving from the jump, usually out of melee range.

I think this fits well - a lot of priests (and I think this works for mages with slowfall) know about this trick with levitate, but I'm sure many don't. Get on a mount, take a running jump, then use levitate on yourself. It'll dismount you, but you'll fall at a less sharp angle and glide about as quickly as your mount speed, which allows for a really nice glide if you're trying to get somewhere difficult. Early in Legion I used this to glide from Dalaran to the Broken Shore (before it became a proper zone) and the uninstanced Eye of Azshara zone.

Smoke bomb used to stop spirit link from working.
Also if you had a warlock, druid, and a friend, you could make a summoning stone near a large edge (like the edge of dalaran, or the cliffs of ulduar) and have the druid initiate the summon in flight form over the edge. This allows you to place the summon mid-air and when they accept they'll just fall and hopefully, can't save themselves :)
Lichborne also allowed you to cast shackle undead and exorcism as mentioned in the comments already, but undead also grants you immunity to polymorph due to the undead aspect, similar to druid forms. Not mentioned in the tooltip either.

It's been years, but if I remember correctly, Distract was also used to disrupt spell casters. A lot of offensive spells required the caster to face the target, so a rogue would cast Distract at the last second to turn the caster away from the target, preventing the spell from completing. Maybe this is still common today? I have no idea.

you missed the hidden property of stealth/vanish which permit to evade a bolt spell (even instant traveling spell but it need frame perfection) the time it travel to your location (rogue and elves trained to evade Mortal Coil was just insanely skilled and unfair^^).
It worked like the last trick but a level higher.
You missed too the ultimate niche trick of Warrior who could cancel their own ''spell reflect'' to tricked a good mage who wanted to get polymorph reflected on himself^^. Bladestorm was frequently cancel to surprise kick a healers cast. Another trick with spell reflect who required some lag, permitted to get hit by a spell while on ''spell reflection'' to reflect the next spell (this one was usually more a problem that an advantage^^). You could lastly reflect hunter's trap, and even a CC not targeted on you with the defensive charge to an ally who was targetted by this CC. That last trick was insane to making you're opponent mad and confuse in arena (but it didn't work usually if your ally had a melee player on him, except if you have frame perfection reflexes^^).

And thanks to Lichborne and Death coil being baseline (at least for frost DKs) you can do it again, nice back up heal against some Shadowlands mobs that hit like a truck and love to spam fears (mostly the Drust but some Maldraxxus mobs do that as well) as it makes you fear immune and heals you for a pretty decent amount. It's pretty much the only thing I use Death Coil consistently on my DK atm.

I loved doing the Disengage jump trick with my 19 twink hunter in MoP. I combined it with the Posthaste talent so I got a 60% movement speed increase for I think it was 6 or 8 seconds. It would be so useful for pvp too. I would often run towards casters and disengage over them to get behind them and cancel their cast. I was so skilled at Disengage jumping that I was able to do a 360 spin, once I was turned 180 degrees, I’d disengage, and then continue spinning to complete a full 360 spin. I was deadly accurate with it. I could also climb buildings with it.

Just a little tip as a main rogue for years: Distract could be used to stop casting/channels and even eating/drinking if you and your target were out of combat.
Useful in a variety of niche and not-so-niche situations, like when a mage runs away with invisibility and appears eating at the opposite corner, you could distract him from affar and interrupt it, or if some healer casts revive or a heal or any spell you could interrupt it with distract.

There is a neat trick you can do with Shaman’s Grounding Totem where you wait until the enemy player just about to finish casting his spell with travel time before throwing a Grounding Totem. They may use an instant cast spell on you afterwards which will be eaten by Grounding Totem along with the spell with travel time.
Another trick with Tremor Totem is to drop it again just about you feel you are about to get feared so it instantly removes it from you.

When you use macro and before Faign Death with melee opponents you will use Snake trap then every little snake made by that trap can be targeted, so if you Faign Death after trap was triggered, your oponent will lose target and if he attempt to use TAB for targeting, there is big chance he will target a snake. He would have to manualy target you with mouse or macro.

Arcane Mages can cast Ring of Frost while Mass Invisibility is active to completely disguise the Ring from the enemy team in PvP often causing them to willingly walk right in to it and incapacitate themselves, this only works if you COMPLETE the cast while under the effects of Mass Invisibility, if it gets broken or ends before the cast finishes the enemy will still be able to see your Ring of Frost; your allies can still see Ring of Frost regardless.
Back in Legion Arcane Mages could also use Displacement to instantly Blink from the enemy flag room to the middle of the map in Warsong Gulch if they took the PvP talent Rewind Time as it + your artifact weapon Aluneth modified the duration of Displacement Beacon to last 32 seconds and before BfA Displacement had no max range on it outside of leaving the current zone you were in. This ability alone made Arcane Mage the best flag carrier in the game. You can still use Displacement to Blink back up ledges you walked off of as long as you Blinked before hopping off.

one kinda funny thing about the shadow word: death trick for blind/poly/trap/...it doesn't deal damage back to you if it kills the target. I once lost an arena match because I attempted to death a poly and my SW: D actually killed the mage. I was poly'd without a trinket and my teammate ended up dying during the poly and I was unable to 1v1 down the last guy.
A couple of other fun things like this.
    1) It used to be that you could use mind vision in arena and any time you mind visioned someone it would make them stand up. Mind vision did not care about LoS or range so anywhere in arena you could instantly make the opposing player stand up so that they would stop drinking. Eventually they fixed the bug but at the same time as they fixed the bug they also made it so you couldn't cast it in arena. To me this was unfortunate because I'd occasionally use it to catch a rogue when I knew they were about to restealth and it was down to a 1v1.
    2) If you were playing against a player who was the same faction as you in arena and after they died they released they would become a friendly target. Why was this important? Once a player released you could not res by clicking on their frame. I was playing disc + tauren feral druid vs tauren resto druid + mage. Right as my feral druid killed their druid he died. Both players released spirit to be observers and there was a back and forth between myself and the mage for a bit. Eventually I managed to pull off a res. I asked my partner why he wasn't getting up and to my surprise the opposing druid suddenly popped up. Needless to say I lost that game (and afterwards I definitely used that to mess with people in 5v5 when it was just 1 opponent left).

Really late commenting on this video, but the Priest mind control trick; I use to use that for the opposite effect for World PvP back in Burning Crusade.
If I saw a lowbie/anyone getting ganked; or just having trouble in general, I'd MC them, quickly throw on either PW:S, or a renew to keep them safe. Would always aim to get both on though. If I was lucky, I could talk gankers into leaving them alone. If not, I'd annoy them into leaving by just MCing them until they went away.
The best way to do this was to have them targeted, and to use one of the spells to break the cast, as they'd be friendly. You could also cast Fort on them too.
I'd follow my husband around to help him out with his quests this way as well.

I'm not sure if it's a feature or a private server bug but
In BFA Mythic+, if you casted innervate on yourself and casted lots of spells, when the screen change loads and the timer starts, you will lose the innervate but you'll have the intellect buff the azerite trait used to give , and reset all CD. So you could start the run with a few seconds of intellect buff
Then i guess holy power build up? When you start a boss of raid , all resource built and hots are removed but as a holy paladin, you can generate holy power and spend until you get either a divine purpose proc for free ability or awakening for 10 seconds of Avenging Wrath, or both! I'd say it's a secret interaction bc normally you'll lose all holy power when the battle starts so you wouldn't have a reason to generate them

Blessing of sacrifice in vanilla wow, allowed a paladin to be effectively immune to all cc that breaks on damage, given if you're with an ally. You can cast sacrifice on your friendly target. Once they take damage you break out of the cc and be able to support/heal from there. It's very useful for breaking out of poly/seduce in a 2v1/2v2 situation where the mage/warlock will try to poly you 100% of the time. Also can cast pre-emptively on your ally to be immune to sap.. rocket helm, you get the idea. Super useful without having to blow your bubble to support your comrade.

As a Fire Mage fighting outdoor raid bosses with pvp turned on, you can build stacks of ignite on the boss while it is immune immediately after spawning, and then the ignite will spread to nearby players of the opposite faction. However the ignite damage dealt to the raid boss is likely millions, due to legacy damage scaling.... Which means when it spreads to the other faction player it still does millions of damage per tick.
As a Warlock, drain life heals based on how much damage it deals, if you are fighting horde or duelling in a vanilla area, when you are low health you can tab target a low level mob and drain life for 1 tick, it will do millions of damage due to legacy scaling and heal you for millions

Have the death knight jump off the cliff then death grip an enemy to fall with them. Next you leap of faith the death knight back to safety, simple and lethal! The DK was my brother and we were in the same room which made coordinating the cooldowns and timing easier but you can totally mess this up if you're not careful. It's worth noting that the priest can be the bait to get your victim in rage for this. A priest and dk are already hard to kill and everybody knows to target the squishy healer, so you could use that against them. We had way too much fun cheesing kills this way.

Every 15 seconds you can press premonition which heals up to 5 friendly targets with atonement active, extending the duration of atonement, and damaging yourself slightly shortly after. You can use this to break cc even with 0 atonements applied.
