    I love how you are so honest about your journey and that you are sharing this with us. Since June of this year, I have published about 5 journals/composition notebooks only and have yet to make a sale. So I guess 20 more books to go, but I'm not giving up. Thanks for your advice.

      You don't have to spend anything but marketing your book will get it in front of customers and without that nobody will ever know your book exisits.

    Hello Romney,
    I truly believe in "quality over quantity". Still we need to have some quantity of books to make a decent amount of money :) So could you tell us how many low content books you had to publish to make your first $100 - $300 a month?
    Thank you.

    • @globalselfpublishing
      @globalselfpublishing  2 года назад +1

      Hi Damian. Quantity helps you get to learn the important skill of uploading, research, marketing and design for publishing. Overtime, the quantity reduces and you start to perfect the art with quality! Hope that makes sense!
      It took me approx 20 Low Content books and 10 no content books to make my first $300 but those same books with time now generate $600-$800 p/month with good reviews and correct marketing through experience that you learn over time.

    Jon Solow
    Just getting ready to enter the world of low content book publishing and came across your channel. Very very helpful, particularly for anyone looking to enter the space. 2 questions- (1) are your last three month sales averaging more/month than your breakthrough month? and (2) do you think there is still room for newbies to enter the low content publishing space?

    • @globalselfpublishing
      @globalselfpublishing  3 года назад

      Thanks for your great feedback Jon! 1. There are plenty of fluctuations in sales throughout the year but if you think of it like a growing Stock in the Stock Market, my average sales are absolutely trending upwards and my ‘lows’ are growing each month if that makes sense? 2. In short, there will always be a churn in books and what’s in favour. Things will become saturated in ‘low resistance’ designs like composition notebooks that can be done in 20 minutes. You need to create designs that are more complex and not so easy to make. That’s where the long term income will flow from.

    Hello bro again i have a problem when i choose keywords ..(are the good keywords must have low compitition and low bsr or just low bsr and the compitition doesn't matter cause i say that if i put the long keyword phrase in the 7 keyword place i think people will not see my book...
    And also i use the method of writing words that match woth the nich then make a long keyword with them , if i just put keywords without match like (planner 2021 yoga women ) its normal or must creat a keyword that matched like ( 2021 yoga planner for women )..
    Thanks a loooot 🖤🖤

    • @globalselfpublishing
      @globalselfpublishing  3 года назад +2

      Let me help by breaking it down as you have a few questions. 1. Both a low competition and low BSR are important. If you have say 20,000 search results, your book will unlikely show till page 20+ or more. If you have 1000 search results or less, your book has a much better chance to be shown on page 1 or 2 to customers and therefore convert to a sale. 2. Ideally, find a long tail keyword that matches with what customers are search for. If you try to add words to a ‘short keyword’ just to niche down more, it may not be what customers are searching for therefore your book may never show.
      I hope that helps. Thanks, Romney
