Two words I like to hear "Real Time" Don't care personally how long a video is, I like to see and hear the thought process and explanations. Thanks for sharing.
Nice job Mario not a lot of videos that show the tank side and showing how it pulls if bad and visa versa good info for people leading. Thanks for sharing brother
Always interesting and informative. Congratulations on 8K. People recognize intelligent auto diagnostics when they see it. Thank you for sharing. It is snowing here. Thanks for not showing me a palm tree. Haha.
Great information and instruction on test and repair. I changed the valve and the code came back I used GM part and performed the test as illustrated. What should I check next .
Got check engine a week ago, checked code and it was emissions and it went away by itself. Ima try to diagnose it tomorrow just in case it was this. Thanks for the diagnosis bro!
Thinks for the video, always good to see you work. My project today was a 1995 Miata, been in storage for 10 years. The rubber tubes are all brittle as well as the electrical connectors under the hood. A $2K car will turn into a $4K car quickly, haha.
How's the weather. You've really stepped up with your diagnostics. Our world in the salt belt is way beyond the Florida. Really love your channel cause you have the ambition. Keep it up Youngster. 👍👍
Great video! Just a little tip. Be sure to check for carbon chunks in the valve. I know GM is not know for canisters coming apart, but I got burnt on a Dodge that had a stuck open purge valve from charcoal pieces.
Quick Question , I did exactly what you did diagnosed it and then replaced it , for some reason i hear a hissing sound and when i shut off my engine i kinda hear like a air pop noise . Did i do something wrong or did i cause something else??😅🙁
Did you put another one in the glove box for the next oil chsnge Mario? It's a GM afterall 😂😂😂👍 Real time excellence! I always love the person who blames the RUclipsr for their unwillingness to test! They assume that your video on a particular case study is EXACTLY what is going on with their vehicle and because they pumped 18 different components into it...yet still it's not fixed, that it's somehow your fault! 😂😂😂 unbelievable how ignorance is bliss!
I noticed that this valve makes a loud clicking noise. When I touch it , it feels like it's clicking. Is that normal? My 2015 Colorado is suffering from the service stablintrack power steering problem.
My 15' colorado would die after filling up at idle (i never over fill). After awhile it started doing it while driving. It got to a point where it wouldnt wanna turn on anymore. I changed out the valve and now 6 months later its shutting off again but not after filling up mostly at idle. This last time it shut off and was off for a while befire i noticed it had shut off. Now it delays to turn over ams wont start, says "engine power reduced". Could it be the same issue?? Thanks
That valve is made by bosch. Make noises purge too much get stuck open, cause a engine stall out. Actually in chevy cruze will give u lean trouble codes. My local chevy dealer have more then 10 in stock at all time different design because application but the valve itself is the same across all GM line.

2015 Colorado - same problem. Was sucking air like crazy. Great video with explanations and made it easy! 30 min fix and saved me tons of money!
Were you having codes like p0171/74, sputtering when starting or idling?
That new camera setup has a great picture. Thanks!
Thanks for sharing sir this must be a common problem my 2015 Chevy Colorado Purge Valve is bad. Only 71,000 miles on it.
Camera is sick bro!! Always love the real time diag. Nice work

Dang Mario. If it were real time with me we'd be here for a couple of hours. :)
Just remembered I forgot to e-mail you. Had some changes at work and mind is elsewhere.

Great, thank you, I think all my problem was, was the vacuum line itself, the O ring was worn..
"If you don't do your diagnostics first, its not on me!" I love it haha! But I'm not sure how I missed this video being posted!
