That was a task for original screenwriter Danny Rubin, songwriter Tim Minchin, and director Matthew Warchus, who teamed up to bring the property to the stage. As someone whose felt stagnant for a long time emotional maturity-wise, this show resonates with me a lot and I want that transformation he ends up having and the full connection with other people.
