Hi, greetings from Brazil (as you said: “all over the world”). Another great video! This “explained “ series of the neighborhoods is excellent. Thanks!
Looks beautiful! And in regards to the snow where I live in England we had half an inch of snow a year or so ago and everything shut down! Busses and all 3 of our major city centre train stations us english people just don’t do well with snow!
Wow, what a fun idea to repurpose the high school! Neat to see those big house and cottonwood wood trees I’ll have to work my way up to that neighborhood some day
I love that neighborhood because of the homes. It reminds me of the homes i seen in Georgia. Sometimes i get tired of the adobe stucco homes. Million shades of brown and tan colors. Its nice to see colored homes with actual roofs and character.
The old high school is just perfect for someone who wants to live in anonymity while they work at the Federal Courthouse, District Courthouse, Metropolitan Courthouse or even for APD!
Never thought I would feel homesick for Albuquerque. Don't knock the trees in the Country Club district. Though they are difficult to clean up after, they are a godsend in the summer. Our house was completely shaded by trees, which kept it cool. My great grandmother used to own many of the houses in the old Highland district when it was too new to be called "historical." My father and grandfather both went to the old ABS, it was a dangerous school back in the days when it was still open, my father witnessed another student getting stabbed in the hallway. I would hope the neighborhood is safer than it was, but anything "downtown" in any larger American city in 2021, I wouldn't bet on it. There is only one listing shown in the Country Club right now, priced at about $600k, or a little less than one-sixth the cost of our Tokyo condo, and we still have to pay an addition $600 per month for a parking spot.
Are there no townhomes in Abacurque, I only here about houses, I have no desire to care for a yard. Would like to see this in your videos if they exist.
We've got condos, townhomes and apartments much like every other city. I agree, sometimes its better to be able to sleep in on the weekends vs getting up early to do yardwork! 🏡
Thanks for the information, I want to move to NM but where? I don't know what city is best, I listen to different RUclips videos, some people say to take a trip there first, I'm in California lived here my whole life, what do you suggest for someone who is looking for something affordable.
@@AllAboutABQ i want to visit new mexico we only drove though but i want to come back looking for good green chili and food that is the type i cook. what is the difference between new mexico and Arizona it’s very much like arizona we moved last year to a senior community but some time i just want to go somewhere new😍 are they big dog ( doberman dog ) friendly ? people here take their dog everywhere but my dog will be service dog trained .
We used to live there, San Carlos Drive. The homless isba problem that need to be fixed by the government. We talking about human beeings which, for whatever reasons, in streets. I feel sorry vor each homeless person.

Elm st...hahahahahhahhaha Albuquerque Country Club has some AMAZING houses and don't forget, it was Jessie Pinkman's house location for Breaking Bad!
One of our favorite locations!
Vintage homes are making a comeback...could you handle all of the renovations necessary to bring one up to date??
I feel like all the people on HGTV make it look so easy... sounds like a fun challenge to me
