Single and late 20s, I'm not the biggest party animal so don't need to be like walking distance of everything but have stuff nearby within like 5-10mins drive. Park your vehicle in a garage. Don't leave anything inside your car that includes registration or anything with your information on it. Get theft resistant license plate screws. Catalytic converter thefts are rampant. You can get Catalytic converter anti theft kits installed. Get doorbell cameras and motion activated lights. Get an iron safety for your front door. Get your packages delivered to a pickup location Don't have them delivered to your door. Enjoy the nice weather and all the great local food!
