Hello! Great recipe, when I tried to coat my madeleines with chocolate like the last part they got stuck to the trey, does it need to be coated with butter before putting the chocolate? Thank you!!

Hi! Do not add butter when coating the chocolate at the end. It only uses white chocolate for coating and dark chocolate. Thank you^^
