As a beginner I went from Red Pepper EO13 to a Eachine QX-65 and was now looking into this one because it is 1 and 2s. This video really showed me that its exactly where I want to be going from indoor only to wanting some outdoor fun but still learning! Great video man!
I'm glad to see u did a los review. You're the only reviewer who knows how to fly los. Easier to get a feel for how fast this thing is. As an owner of two TinyHawks, it's so tempting to get this, but I'm afraid my other ones will just sit and rot away. Lol 🤘😁👍
Bro I just ordered this quad and I am a true beginner. I will be posting videos of my journey. What happened was....lol I bought a Mavic air 2 as my first drone and loved flying it in sport mode, and basically was not worried about the camera. Just the sound, speed, and maneuvering alone gave me an unreal adrenaline rush. I knew right away that I loved it. So I want to focus on fpv , I am definitely hooked.
Cause most of the "experts" down there almost always train in FPV and do not fly very often in LOS. A lot of quadcopter guys on the field in my area suck at LOS (or even never fly that way).
I have the non s version, i Just started with quads buying a rtf version. You have great skills...i can' t Imagine how much hard work to get there...how do you put fingers on the sticks? Thanks
Hey! I got my tinyhawk today, and now I have a question. How long can you fly LOS, so that you don't harm the battery? Because the battery can be harmed when you fly with a battery voltage lower then 3.2 volts. When you have the goggles on, you can see the battery voltage, but if you fly LOS, you can't. So do you guys know how long I should fly?
@@TheRCAddict Another question :) Is there any order in how to disarm the whole drone kit? When you build it up, it is: 1. Transmitter on --> 2. Goggles on --> 3. Drone on And if I want to stop, what is the order to unplug the 3 components?
@@TheRCAddict so, a good order would be: 1. Turn off goggles 2. Turn off drone 3. Turn off radio Is that right? ( Sorry for all the questions but it is my first racing drone and I really don't wanna ruïn it :) )
the Mobula7? I was wondering since the frame seems so fragile, what if you took an exacto knife and just cut off the prop guards near where they meet the frame, if that would help with the frame breaking, then you’d just have props breaking lol. I got the V2 Mob7 for my first quad ever. I’ve only been flying it inside on 1S, flew 2 S a couple times. I love it tho and I’ve crashed it pretty hard and no breaks yet. Can you get this TinyHawk S in FlySky?
The RCAddict yea I wasn’t looking at my mob7 when I was thinking this. Forgot the motors are mounted on those tiny little spokes. There would only be 2 holding the motor on which would probably break easy.
Pretty amazing .can you help me i'm into dji mavic air but the law is crazy mow i'd like to get into fvp which bundle you recommended thank you so much
Honest question though - how do you manage to keep the orientation? Do you always keep the nose pointed in the same direction when you do quick manovers and go from there or is it muscle memory and a shit ton of experience?
Always enjoy your los, amazing skills. Just wanted to ask, Is it running reverse motor directions? Apparently is better for micros and i don't know if I should fo through the trouble of charging it on my gtr90.
Hey Seth. Im new to the sport. My tinyhawk rtf came about 3 weeks ago, and i sucked at LOS in angle mode much less acro. So i started just FPV, and I think I gained a muscle memory from it, because im really good at LOS in angle mode. now im trying to make the switch to acro. I watched your LOS tutorial and i loved it. Great videos. Im getting better at. Now i have started just doing a punch, doing a quick flip, but the problem im have there is that its just not powerful enough to keep it off the ground. To much propwash. Maybe my 1S baterries has had enough. Time to buy new ones? I have 5 1S batteries, and I have been practicing 3 times at least a day. Also i was wondering if I need to go to a 4 blade prop. Would that help. I think if I get a little better, might go for a babyhawk, or would that be to much to quick. If so what would be a good step up. Thanks for the videos seth. You are really inspiring.
Hey! Awesome flight man! Wish one day I'll have the same skills you have ;) I have the emax tinyhawk RTF kit, and now I really wanna upgrade to the tinyhawk S. Will it be possible to bind the tinyhawk S to the stock controller and goggles emax included in their RTF kit? Keep up the good work! :)
hi. i´m struggeling to decide what micro to get. what would you guys say is the best fpv micro for experienced flyer. preffer propguards for inndor flying.
@@TheRCAddict ok, thx. but what if you want to have som fun by the tent and bbq in the summer brees, and don´t want to risk you 5" after some beers.. is it still a fun flyer outside on 2s?
You are the BEST LOS pilot on RUclips.......Your 6S vids are insane.......
NOPE. #quadmvr

Finally 2S for outdoors now it can handle some winds! Needs 400mah for 2min flight in pushing mode.

Best LOS pilot tries LOS with a tiny whoop!! Looks amazing on 2s!
Thats freaking amazing how much punch it has only on 1s. Love it
That is some nicely cut grass. You did that? :-D
Always #zeroturnftw
The RCAddict - Seth doesn’t mow grass, basically, he goes inverted on a 6s quad, and does a couple passes!!
Steve MacDonald FPV hahaha!!
Best line of sight video review yet

the sexiest whoop frame now comes in black

Love my Mob 7 V2...I need to find a good 3D printed frame or a Carbon fiber frame...
Your flying skills, much more fun to watch because of them and thanks for the review!
200mw would make all the difference. I don't understand why it's not an option
Now it just needs a Crossfire Nano, a Crossfire Race antenna, a Micro AXII and a Pro32 Nano.
Haha that would be nuts
can i fly this with a transis qx7
your flying skills are freaking awesome #damm
Does it have a vtx ant or rx ant cuz I see an ant on it but havent opened it to see what is for what
They are routed internally.
Why is it important to 'disarm' before a crash ?
You don't want to try to spin blocked motors.
Can you use the white remote and goggles from the previous version?
yes
Hey!

When you have the goggles on, you can see the battery voltage, but if you fly LOS, you can't.
So do you guys know how long I should fly?
Find out how long you can fly for and then set a timer. I just go by the sound of the motors though

Technically your radio should be the first thing on and the last thing on, but it doesn't really matter .Goggles don't matter whatsoever
@@TheRCAddict so, a good order would be:
1. Turn off goggles
2. Turn off drone
3. Turn off radio

You'd probably just break the tiny motor shafts then. AFAIK the tinyhawk is frsky only.

Honest question though - how do you manage to keep the orientation? Do you always keep the nose pointed in the same direction when you do quick manovers and go from there or is it muscle memory and a shit ton of experience?
experience is definitely key
can i bind this tiny hawk s to the turnigy evolution transmitter?
No, it is frsky only.
Always enjoy your los, amazing skills. Just wanted to ask, Is it running reverse motor directions? Apparently is better for micros and i don't know if I should fo through the trouble of charging it on my gtr90.
It is not. Shouldn't be TOO hard to change, but I just left it since it flew great. Much more of a problem on brushed micros with little power.
What about 3-blade props on 2S? Will it help with battery and hot motors?
Mm not really, it was optimized for these props.
@@TheRCAddict thanks!
The motor is inverted motor, will the motor and props have more damage on landing than normal whoop?
no they are protected
The RCAddict OK

The babyhawk R pro is definitley a step up if you wanted to stay with emax.
I bet that 2s battery was nice and toasty! Lol I know mine are when I get done.
Hi - would i be able to fit my own TBS Receiver to this quad? And could i swap the VTX?
Possibly but it would be a challenge and require some cutting of the shell.

I'm pretty sure it will work fine but it's probably worth emailing emax to make sure.
On AliExpress you can get 5 batteries for $26. They are factory batteries.
hi. i´m struggeling to decide what micro to get. what would you guys say is the best fpv micro for experienced flyer. preffer propguards for inndor flying.
I mean if flying indoors this tinyhawk is probably it. most 2s micros just aren't as durable or as optimized for 1s.

What can i use controller for this drone?
(Sorry I'm beginner)
Pretty much any FrSky transmitter will work.

Santa, can you come in June please?!
It looks good!
How the f*ck can you tell the orientation,,lol,,very very good flying,:)
Pretty amazing flying, dude!!! 😃
Between this and the eachine Trashcan, which would you recommend?
Trashcan if you want to go crazy outdoors, this if you want to fly smoother indoors.
That thing is insane 😂😂😂
RTF version nowhere to be found.
There isn't one for the S model, however Tinyhawk II just came out with RTF
COOL
