0 Hit Run INFO: (No Bows, No Shield, No Magic, No Savequits, No Glitches) Environmental damage such as poison from WATER, falling without death or toxicity in the gardens are not hits. Hits are classified as a stagger and or damage from an enemy or hostile contraption. Consumable items are allowed.

I can't speak for him but I've noticed that when I practice a hard boss for long enough I start to enter "The Zone." It's a state of pure focus and zen like calm that allows you to maintain a cool head even in the heat of battle. However I'm lucky to enter "The Zone" once and it doesn't last once I beat the boss. However it becomes much easier to get through the whole fight without getting hit, I did that to Nameless King recently. I doubt Squilla is using The Zone, from what I can tell it's just pure dedication and practice. But who knows maybe nothing I said was accurate.
In My Opinion The First Areas Are The Most Easy Areas To Get Killed Because Of All Of The Enemies Like Greirats Key Location Area And Undead Settlement

The weapon infusion he picked doesn't scale as good, and instead adds a decent amount of flat damage, that way he can dump points elsewhere
