Yes it is. I actually had to remove the bedrug under the floor plate when I upgraded to the GG 2.0 setup... but the ones on the sides of the bed are still there.
Did you cut the Bedrug to fit the individual spaces? And what did you use to adhere to door and walls of canopy camper? Thank you for the great idea and your response to my questions. I am planning on getting an Alu Cab canopy this coming year and looking for ideas for interior. I like your set up.
Yup... I cut the bedrug to fit in each space. I used velcro to attach the bedrug to the canopy as a temporary solution. But now that I know I want to keep it on there permanently I will probably use some kind of spray adhesive now.
when you applied the RAM Bed Rug for 'insulation' ...do you get 'condensation' on Cold Night's?...Also, have you Done COLD/Freezing winter camping yet?..if so, would you have too 'Empty/Winterize'..The ALU Cab Water System ..due to 'FREEZING'?...Cheers
We did get some condensation in the tent area which isn't covered with the bedrug. Didn't see any condensation in the bed though. The "cold" camping we did was about 25 degrees overnight.
@@MarshmallowAdv ..i guess it's a common 'issue' with Every-Pop Up camper canopy-Tent Unit ?.......Yep 25* is chilly enough!! When we have Our winter season in Canada...it can get REALLY CHILLY!! ..Below 0..... though i can't say i've ever Camped through a REALLY REALLY CHILLY Night! Are you getting the 'dickinsin' Open flame fireplace?...i Really like that 'unit'!!!! i wonder if that would Minimize the 'condensation' in your Alu Cab?...Cheers..Stay Safe!
@@MarshmallowAdv thank you for the info! I have another question for you if you don’t mind? How did you mount the front runner table to the back door? Thanks!
the canopy camper is really interesting, but it looks really dark and narrow, as if you are trapped in a engine room surrounded by machines. Maybe it is more cosy in real life 🤔?
Well the bed is only about 5ft x 4.5ft so it's not going to be massive inside. To us it seems huge... especially with the windows open. It probably has the most room compared to any other camper of it's kind (GFC, AT Summit, Super Pacific) since the side of the camper are not angled in... they go straight up and down. If you see one in person I'm sure it's bigger than you think.
I actually like the look of the bed rug for insulation 👍
What a great setup! Can't wait to see the final version!
Thanks to you
I can't wait to get my own canopy camper
Awesome setup
You’re going to love it!
And the bed rug on the floor, is it behind the hood gear Cabinets?
Yes it is. I actually had to remove the bedrug under the floor plate when I upgraded to the GG 2.0 setup... but the ones on the sides of the bed are still there.
The four tank brackets are also very important for tank bulging FYI
That’s a great point. Thanks!
Hey Great Set up there! Just got my cab fitted on my ranger. How Many Ram tailgate bed rug did you have to use to do the 3 doors? Cheers
Yup I bought 3. Enjoy the Camper! It's the best!
@@MarshmallowAdv Awesome! first Trip planned this weekend. Can't wait
Awesome tour man thanks for the vid 🤙🏽
No problem!

Great set up.
Do you have a link to the alu cab canopy. I'm in SoCal and wondering if I can see one in person local to me.
Thanks!
Check out tinyrigco.com. They are the SoCal dealer for AluCab. Tell them I sent you!

Did you glue the bed rug on the doors??
Awesome video and great setup! How did you install the Ram bed rugs on to the inside panels? Did you use glue or Velcro of some kind? Thanks!
I used some velcro as a temporary setup to see if I really liked it. I do... so I will be using adhesive to mount them now.

@@quinnwenger2382 The are rivnuts that were installed on the back of the door and those are used to mount the table.

I need me some goose gear! Lol
Really wanted to see this. Wish the video had better lighting.
I'll do another walk through once everything is finalized. I'll try to figure out the lighting for that one. Thanks for letting me know!
What’s the length of each bed section, if you don’t mind?
Sorry man, just saw this now. I say the large bed section is around 7 ft and the rear section is about 3 ft.
@@MarshmallowAdv no worries, thank you.
HI Have you still got the goose gear
Nope! It's sold.
Hmmm...wander if i could go fulltime in this???
I'm sure it would be awesome! @hourlesslife is building one to travel the world full time. I'd check them out!
Thanks will do!!!
