      This recipe more suitable for praying, ... eating is not recommended because the taste is just so-so.☺️

    Mr Peter.. Recipu kamu bagus dan lengkap.. Tetapi kaka saya buat banyak kali, sekurang 3 kali, recipu sama juga guna Eno satu pekat.. Tetapib, Huat kueh boleh buka bungah di atas, tapi di dalam tepong cukup liat.. Baling anjing, anjing pun berasa sakit.. Mintak maaf, saya cakap bergitu.. Ada apa apa boleh baiki kah? Atau di dalam Huat kueh ,ada Bulan 7 ,hantu kacau kah.. ha.. ha.. Hairan juga nampak cantik tapi makan tak sedap, anjin pun tak mahu maka.. Rugi yah.. Mr Peter.. Gd job.. Kam Shia. !

      Must add some baking powder then only can huat more and softer. Can try add in 3g=4g with the same above formular.

      This huat kueh recipe is for praying, Fast and easy to make, but the taste is just so-so~

    为什么发糕从旁边升起且不开花,请问搅拌eno要多久?

      Eno 溶了就可以了,火力不够

    Hi Mr Peter. Thanks for the recipe. I've tried making with pandan juice and brown sugar. Somehow they didn't bloom but the texture is still very nice and fluffy. May I know what could be the problem? Many thanks 🙏🏻

      Maybe the firepower is not strong enough, and it won't bloom if it isn't hot enough.😌😌😌

      Thanks for your reply. I've turn on high fire and water was boiling when I put in. Could it be the brown sugar which caused the less blooming?

    Is that can use plain flour to replace rice flour?

      It needs to be more diluted,add more water or reduce flour.

      If you use self raising flour, Half pkt ENO is enough.

    Sudah buatv3 kali, 3 kali tak berjaya.. Nampak cantik tetapi lepas 4.jam .huat kueh itu keras dan dalam tepong beras lebih keras lagi.. Sebab anjin pun tak mahu makan? Atau pun, Eno yg kita beli sudah expire date.. Tolong settle kes macam ini.. Mr Peter.. Kam Shia. !

      是的,果子盐遇水后会釋放出大量二氧化碳,短时间内令米糊松发,起开花效果~
      请问您是来自那里?在马来西亚一般商场,茶室,小杂货店都可以买到~
