The chrome looks good with the Silver. It is a clean look. I have a silver C5 with the polished aluminum finish which gives a similar look.

Chrome wheel aren't always my thing. Depends on the car color and wheel styling. On this car, they look fantastic!!! And at a great price too! I talked with wheelcraft at the Bash. They are awsome people.

It’s not actually chrome. I had it done on my Jaguar some years ago. Chrome gets destroyed by salt. It’s their own vapor deposition process and then it’s clear coated.
I meant I use them all then time. They are near me.
I love the chrome, but not with that color. It needs to be a dark color like a black, dark blue or dark gray.
Those chrome wheels do look awesome ! I think they’d really look great on a WHITE car ! Wondering how much more they WEIGH now ? Perhaps that’s the reason Tadge and Co are denying factory figment now as they are performance focused ???
I love chrome , but I would have left the ones on there that it came with . I would never buy a corvette with black wheels .

They look great, but that's not a new process. We used to do it back in the 80's
1st thing i Noticed was the Intake Color the SAME As the Car. Didn't like that on the C7's & Not on the C8's. Black doesn't go with every color. Grey, Silver, Black Yes. Most other colors Nooope!
I sue them all the time Ohio. Their salesman answers call all day long.
I don't think chrome wheels do anything for light colored cars. Much prefer matte black or grey on light colored cars. Forgeline black ice is a great choice. But that's me.
Never like the chrome. It's the thing of the pass and it will peel after a while like the Cadillac Escalade.
No to the chrome. The old Competition Grays would be perfect for that car.
Black wheels are ugliest and chrome is the best looking and the body color accents looks a million times better than black

I am in my 50s and remember when special cars had high quality chrome and brightwork details. I am not a fan of black or mate details. You cant see them in low light or shaded conditions. Those chrome wheels are like jewelry complementing a tailored suite. Love the wheels.
Could go either way. Loved Chrome rims in the 90's early 2000's now i think i like the Regular Silver better. Definitely No to Black Rims.

Yeah, they shouldn’t have ever 86’ed chrome. Too many people want it still.
People have been brainwashed into thinking black wheels so super cool and they pay a premium for them. That makes the factory happy as the make more money and chrome is a more expensive and difficult process for them. Not to mention our government does not like chroming process for the environment.

The challenge is aftermarket chrome will likely have issues in time. The largest challenge I had was with pitting. For some reason the ones from GM never pitted for me, but ones I sent out after always have. I gave up finally and just went with polished.
Even with the warranty, it was a frustrating experience for me. I hope this man has better look
Absolutely beautiful car, love that interior with silver or Hypersonic, if I would have been able to order one, that’s what it was, so as it turned out I bought one on open market with 100 miles on it, paid way to much $$ for it, and the 1st I did was put chrome wheels on it😊

Chrome is hard to upkeep. You can't just wash, polish and forget about it. You have to do it almost on a daily basis. You have to worry about pitting, scarring, heck peeling after scarring. This would be good for show, but do not recommend for road racing of any kind.
These won’t Pit, Peel, or Scar. It’s a different process than all other chroming techniques. It’s called PVD and he warranties them against all that plus more.
R U kidding me? Chrome Wheels? No one here on the East Coast does chroming anymore. That ZO6 just screams for Chrome! I'm back with my mantra if "Go Chrome ur go home!"

I am also getting a wheel Craft chrome wheel exchange for my Z06. The difference is that the swap will be performed at the track in conjunction with the NCM delivery.

Man, I sure wish I could, but I'll be out of pocket that day.
I can vouch for wheel craft giving the 5 year warranty.
I had a slight issue with one wheel and contacted Eric Lemmer after hours about it and with in 5 minutes got a reply and telling me no problem, it will be taken care of . I have had my wheels just under two years and I have confidence in Wheel Craft as a company of integrity.

It definitely looks good with those wheels. Wheels the same color as tires is for race cars meant for practicality not beauty. But why try to make a Z07 look like the companies idea of an E-Ray? Why not go all the way and do the front spoiler and wing as body color? I like contrasting trim particularly for rear vents and front end pieces to avoid that weird "busy" look.
That looks amazing especially with the body color trims. That's why I got a all black c8 cause I think body color trim looks better more exotic looking in my opinion

Great price, and what a nice option to be able to use the original wheels instead of having the added expense of aftermarket wheels. As you know, Mike, I also have the silver flare Z06 with his same interior. Silver flare has not been a very popular color but I get tons of compliments on mine. It looks great in the sun or the shade because of the different hues in the metallic. I had my calipers painted rapid blue, and it gives it a nice little pop of color in my opinion. That guy is going to have a blast in his new Z! 💪🇺🇸

*He simply now needs to add a set of Paragon 20mm wheels spacers to both front and back! This will make the OEM Chromes look like aftermarket beautiful wheels!*
20mm spacers are perfect for front and rear on a Stingray, and the rear only on a Z06, but anything over 8mm on the front of a Z06 will poke past the fender.

The chrome finish is a bright chrome PVD. It is not traditional chrome plating. So you could add this finish to any car and drive it all year round. Resistant to everything even brake dust.
