Most probably they sell Corolla Cross because it's bigger and they will sell it around 26-30k because RAV now tops at 40k. It's all.about the money. Small cars not profitable. They don't want to sell affordable cars for American.
This hybrid power plant is simply light years ahead of anything out there. Hope there would also be a 1.2 litre hybrid version. Important for a tax sop in our country 😅

It sounds much better than the engine that you get in the Juke. It is more powerful and produces less emissions than the Juke, I do prefer the Juke in every other area but the engine is too hard to ignore. It's a shame as I have been a loyal customer of Nissan since 1994.
I wish they would show us still pictures of the car instead of the erratic rotation video. My first reaction is that it is a Kona built across the China Sea.
Great idea Toyota. They still also need to work on a 100% Electric fleet though. Nissan NZ and Hyundai NZ are ahead in that respect. I prefer Toyota as they're easier to drive and have better/cheaper servicing. And more branches in NZ than all other competitors.
I got my UX hybrid back in October and loving it since I didn't want the CHR. The Yaris Cross seems like a decent hatchback but it looks like it will be really small and not very powerful.
