Great video. my weapons of choice was a lurcher and ferrets back in the 80,s recession. Great memories Plus money and meat on the table i think i used to sell the rabbits for a 50p to a pound each depending on size and if my dogs caught sight of a hare that was a fiver. And if a muntjack was to show its face that was 15 quid Happy days :) keep the vids coming mate. I was a mine worker at that time and mrs Thatcher broke us so it was one of the ways to survive.
I sell a few to the butchers now but no where near as many as I use to. I get £1.50 each for them gutted. The rest go in my freezer for the ferrets or to eat myself.
@@ruralpestcontrol The ironic thing is the NCB was a massive landlord as well and I used to poach on their land so I still got some of my wages off them when I was striking
