@@arlenfulcher723 We have to do a full construction project: major site-work and clearing...etc. We have a budget sheet at about 428k. We also have 4acres of land, and several upgraded features. I think without site work and bells and whistles, it could be built 350k...IMO.
@@richiejohnson8944 would you mind sharing your updates about your build? I'm strongly considering this build with the walkout basement and would love to see it in a real life perspective.
Are there any videos out there for the upper 2nd floor loft bedrooms and if the rooms and bathroom are vaulted? The plans don't seem to indicate anything and our guy needs to know.
I can’t see where I can add photos or videos. I have both of the loft room at the stud stage with ducts and wiring in place. Plans were modified to accommodate air duct work that was not taken into account on these plans. Air guy was scratching his head a little on this house but it’s done.

Hello, you can purchase the cost to build report on the plan's detail page here www.houseplans.net/floorplans/94000336/mountain-plan-1770-square-feet-3-bedrooms-2.5-bathrooms
Last Year we started construction of a version of this house with slightly more square footage. Our property is a dramatic slope that require a lot of grading and extra footings. We are now in the framing stages to get it in the dry. The interior video is great. But nothing for loft area bedrooms and bath. The builder wants to know if the loft bedroom ceilings are vaulted or not. There is nothing in the plans that I can see indicating one way of another. Has anybody built this and could show us what you did? Hailee Mae or anyone who has build this, I'd like to connect with you if you are open to that.
A garage can always be added to this house plan! A modification request can be submitted for this house plan so the designer can review these changes to make sure they can be completed. They will also provide you with a quote and timeframe to complete the modifications. I have included the link to where the modification request can be submitted for this house plan below. www.houseplans.net/floorplans/94000336/mountain-plan-1770-square-feet-3-bedrooms-2.5-bathrooms/#modifications Once submitted to the designer for review, you can expect to receive a return quote within 2-3 business days outlining the time frame needed to complete the changes and the fees associated with those changes.
I am interested in starting this home in 2024. As @allisonpruette742 mentioned, America's Best HP has multiple versions of this same house on their website (at least 5 or 6 that I can see). The version that I am most interested in is: Mountain Plan 940-00518 or Mountain Plan 940-00566 because they have garages. The only downside is it does not include a lot of pictures. Has anybody built any version of this house and are willing to share a link to a walkthrough video or even still pictures of their house?
We just ordered these plans and will begin building June 2022! We can’t wait!
Do you know what the cost to build is roughly?

Wish we could see the loft bedroom area and the basement too…
I hope to share our finished house when completed.

@@besthouseplans It's a good thing to go by, somethings are higher, some lower. We expect a budget of around $350 self contracting.
