I wanted to build this kind with plan sanction following all the required policies but was unable to get the land as I could not afford a big house worth more in that area. I did not pursue but I will be at home now somewhere else. I still love this house and this plan.
Love to have one to rent out on weekends to people visiting the mountain state (WV) People riding the trails are always needing a garage to lock up their 4 wheelers!
So let’s say I purchased land, purchased this house plan, and I got permission from my city to build this house. Would the next step be to hire a contractor so they can take a look at the plan and gather information about what materials and equipment they’ll need to use in order to build this house?

One day I’m gonna get this build the balcony I’ll have custom made covered also I’m adding a pool and jacuzzi I’ll have custom black marble floors around the house and glass railings windows probably tented or get an automatic window blinds in black and I may add a basement and closet for extra storage space and a safe room hidden underground
I love a really modern interior with white, black, and a granite dark Gray I’ll also have a modern and secure fence for my dog. My mom tells me I’m a loner and this fits in the loner lifestyle by myself free to do whatever I want and accomplish so many dreams and aspirations this will be my first built home. And my second will most definitely be a huge mansion for my 12 kids I want to adopt
I like the house, but I am disappointed in how the video shows off the house(or doesn't show it)... The description says 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, but only 1 of the bedrooms/bath are shown off. This video also doesn't show you any of the other rooms on the bottom floor(except garage), I would assume the other bedroom and bathroom are located there?

What is the point, either show the entire house or don't bother making these types of videos in the first place. What does one do when they have the land already get the floor plan? Do they hire a construction company to then build the home? First time trying to build my home and not sure how the process works 😅

Niel, I payed a company to estimate the price for this based off the plans and it came back at 225,000. The smaller version of this house with just one bedroom came back with an estimate of 115,000. Seems high to me but that's what it said. Hope this helps.

Cost to build with land owned in Tennessee is at 400k to 425k. We tweaked and purchased the plans but building is def on hold in Bidens America.
