Remove the bucket and dump ice into sink, rinse with warm water to get out remaining ice, remove top clear plastic cover and hold square reset button on left side for 10 seconds. Put everything back. Bucket is sometimes hard to get off, don't force it, its plastic and will break.

Didn't want to break anything. 1 night after 🍷🍷🍷 I was like wtf. So I hand twisted the ice grinder just a bit and boom. ..it slid in like all the other videos. NOLA in the building ⚜🦞

The auger in that part (The bin) has started making squeaking noises. I removed it from freezer, thawed it. used a dropper to put vegetable oil everywhere I can get to but when I spin it with my hand (using the hook in the bucket area) it still squeaks.. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Jesse Wilkes I have the same as well. It won’t come out because of all the ice build up, if you pull on it hard enough it will come out. I’ve had to do it to mine multiple times. Just be prepared for ice to go everywhere.
