I wasn't stuck at 15mg.. I stopped for 6 weeks..reset cell receptors..started back at 2.5 now at 7.5 ..works same as before..cant understand for the life of me why people are afraid to stop and restart again...🤷♂️

🍄 Today I plan on getting 3 to 4 miles walking in as my activity. It was raining in Santa Fe New Mexico this morning, I usually go in the early morning to walk. I tried this morning but my dog wasn't having it! We aren't used to rain here...usually we have about 300 days of sun shine! Wish me luck on getting this walk in today.

Shot day was today. My appetite suppression must be in full swing cause I am simply miserable right now. I cooked pork tenderloin in the slow cooker and made a sandwich for supper. Nothing else, just a sandwich. I guess I thought I had not gotten enough so went back and had about a 3 ounce piece by itself so I could get the protein. Mercy!!! The fullness I am feeling right now is INSANE! Lesson learned. I'll not be doing that again!
I hear what you're saying about the placebo. My husband is on a different trial then retatrutide by manufacturer (Boehringer Ingelheim) and has been on it for 8-1/2 months and has not had a decrease in appetite!! He was about to quit due to frustration. Thank you for your positivity and your God Glow. I'm praying for you.

If I recall correctly, going through menopause can affect our natural glp1. So maybe women are more likely to need this and therefore have more results. Also insulin resistance can be increased during menopause which benefits from these medicines and thus weight loss. Don’t know if men are impacted by hormonal changes as much women. Or maybe women in general regardless of age have more issues with glp1s than men. I’ve wondered if how good our effectiveness/levels of Glp1 are to start with explain the difference responses between people. 🍄
From study data breakdowns I’ve seen…
Ppl who tend to lose *more* weight on GLP-1s:
- Women
- Ppl with a high starting weight (BMI 35+)
- Non-diabetics
- Ppl who do the lifestyle changes
Ppl who tend to lose *less:*
- Men
- Ppl with lower starting weights (BMI >35)
- Diabetics
- Ppl who don’t change their lifestyle
And, while I’ve not seen a study on it yet… I suspect ppl with more muscle mass either lose more, improve their body composition more, or both. 💪🏻
Not sure what this study you are referring to is, but it’s not correct from what I have witnessed.

You are tightening things up by working out, you are learning how to eat better. You have done so much to help not only yourself but so many others. Myself, I have not lost any significant weight over the past 5 months only suffering constipation but my numbers are all coming down and I’m happy with that! I am on month 2 of 7.5 and will be on it for the next 4 months. I am losing slowly 🐢 on this dosage and again, I’m ok with that!
