    I practice Qigong because it helps me feel centered...and it's difficult to really define what centered means but I just feel good all over. I've learned so much from your videos, Jeffrey...thank you!!

    I practice QI GONG to revitalise and reenergise myself as an older person…also I coach people on how to manage stress and I recommend people visit your channel to learn the practices you teach to give them the opportunity to learn self management techniques that are not too hard for them to do - being able to access your approach via you tube from NZ is just a bonus.

    H Jeff, First off I am 66 years young & have retired within the last year. I do have a heart condition but I do quite well and I have recently started doing the qi-gong with you!! I love doing it and am learning different things that I never knew!! I feel so much better & I have a much better look out on everything!! Thanks so much!!! Yvonne

    After witnessing two very dear friends experience severe and multiple strokes, both rather young 30-49 yrs age, due to stress...One friend, my Anam Cara, did not survive, the other her life is changed forever....Made me ask some serious questions, within....And discovering...It Is okay to take the time to take care of my well-being....And Yes, Feel Good about Life, again~~~Thank You deeply for this gentle guidance~~~💚⭐💙

    I love the benefits of qigong. I am older and every time I start an exercise program I end of injured but with qigong has been the most helpful and haven’t ever been injured with it.

    Well, it's Sunday morning 23rd of July 2023. I have being doing various Qi-gong exercises. I find I like the more slower approach. This may have to do with my age, 75. I have done yoga for a large part of my life. After I did some exercises this morning this video “sprung up”. To what do I need, my answer was “all of the above”. As a late in life diagnosed HSP I have incorporated the “Healthy Boundaries” as a daily routine. I enjoyed the meditation.

    I like Qui Gong because after a tiring day and exhausting all my energy while running , gym , cardio and a 10 hr job. Doing Qui gong makes it like "Lost In The Eternal Void" and just leaves mind in state of harmony with soul. I was suffering from insomnia before watching your videos. You are doing a great job may the universe bless you with all that you desire.

    Yesss, healing an unbalanced digestion, I went outside with my earthing moccasins, in the full sun. It felt peaceful and powerful, my body swayed gently as i placed my hands on my lower dantien, I finish it with a palm rub and gently place them there. Thank you 💕

    I'm 76 years old. I have been practicing yoga for about forty-five years. Because of aging, some postures have become more difficult to do. A year or so ago, I discovered qigong and Jeffrey Chand's approach to developing a practice. Since then I've been doing qigong almost daily and am very pleased with the way it allows me to feel, both mentally and physically. It hasn't replaced my yoga practice, but has given me another way to manage the aging process and feel good about myself as I'm aging. Thank you so much, Jeffrey.

    Jeff I absolutely love the Qigong Exercises , i have been doing it now for 3 months for the same reasons as Birgit . This has been a god send for me and is really transforming my life . I cannot stop telling everyone i know that they should really try this , you explain everything so well . look forward to my next session .

    I pactice ki gong long time , because i feel my breath , i feel consciuos , the true present here and now, i helps feeling good as well and brings good qi ( nice people and situations on the long run) every day i practice and i can yell u that people can feel my inner light ( relationnal work) namaste

    Thank you so much. I used it and will continue to use it to try to take that sun from the Dan Tian and pull it in to heal my digestion and posture, which are interrelated, and hopefully by default my brain will healthily change. I feel better after my first time.

    suffered lots of stress with accident 2019, life/other stresses through covid lockdowns. Did this through last lockdowns and stopped. anxiety has returned so trying to do this daily/regularly. Feel its really helps. Many thanks.

    Dear Jeffrey Gigong helped me recover from a fractured patella the gently movements were sooooo wonderful as I kept my circulation flowing and it uplifted my mood 🌟🙏🌟❣️I remain sooo grateful it is my wake up joy every day ⭐️⭐️🌼🌲⭐️⭐️

    Thank you for sharing your gift online for me to access. You're a ray of sunshine! I truly enjoy you how you approach topics and discuss them with authenticity. I'm practising Quigong Daily, just looking up your videos when I feel panic attacks, and also when I don't, just like you suggested! In the past I've avoided meditation, except for after Yoga when I'm in shavasana. My heart is full of gratitude and positivity after this meditation. I stood and gently swayed while meditating. I like that you mentioned we can stand, sit, simply make our own choice, make it a comfy one. I like rhythm and movement, so standing gently swaying with my breath and visuals was awesome. . At the end you also answered my query about how often, when and the intensity of practising daily Quigong. How we wish to practise is the best method. Whatever works within that moment. I love it! Infinite blessings to each and everyone who reads this 💛✨🔥✌️

    Hi!! Thank you for this meditation - I did this and then I continued alone for 30 minutes, in which time I had an amazing experience and I saw so much indigo/purple colors.. is that normal? Thanks - Lara xx
