Excelkent 10 min intense workout Holly! Having more eye haemorrhages next to retinas due to plavix for heart so did skaters 8n place of burpees as I need to keep head elevated. I just substituted with a fast skater cardio move and it works. Thanks!! ❤❤❤
The more I see videos of people exercising, the more I'm inspired to get the movation to exercise and eat less and less sugar foods everyday. And that's why I love to do so for the time being to kill some urges off my back and whip my butt into good shape 🏋🏾♂️
