Wait, that's RobWords. My YT subscriptions are colliding!!
Apple should just buy them. (Or Sony, which makes sense).
I hope that Disney doesn't get that. They've ruined enough franchises already.
Jar Jar Abrams already took Star Trek to the wood shed and his apprentice Kurtzman, who is currently in charge of the franchise, brags that he had never seen an episode of Star Trek before writing scripts for the JJ movies. That's why projects he's directly involved in are vapid, meaningless action-packed drivel with ultimate galactic stakes and no thought. Newest Disco season is trying hard to be Star Wars, but not even good Star Wars, Episode 9 at its worst only a whole season long.
@@Blodhelm I'm glad that you said something. I had heard that Star Trek was also being destroyed. Interestingly enough, I actually prefer the Star Trek novels over the television shows and movies.
Disney can't even get it the FCC isn't going to allow it because of Monopoly situation plus they ready own 20th century fox
@@shiptj01 The books are definitely better than anything made in this century, that's for sure.
I dont understand how these two made a relatively simple story and obfuscate it beyond comprehension. Unreal.
Hey. It is RobWords!
I know! Crazy
26 billion is too much money to refuse.
who would want to buy a legacy news brand now? Paramount pictures is what people want, she's trying to package all the bad stuff together with the jewels.
I'm interested in the buyout couldn't be that expensive. Do you take Visa?
1:35 Now i understand the similarities of Mr Bean and Spongebob....It's the Outfit
Shareholders acting like Mr Krabbs frfr
Sony+Apollo is the only right answer. Skydance will ruin paramount
Wrong it's the otherway around
@@Real_Shawn wrong, Shari redstone ruined paramount and now you want to follow her lead going to skydance? Sony+Apollo is what paramount needs right now. Columbia + TriStar + Paramount sounds much better than skydance + paramount
@@emikomina Yes she ruined the company. but at this point, everyone should just leave it alone .
It just reached 71M Subs . Thats 10M more than Hulu , for a service that was behind. It sure caught up.
Imagine how profitable it will become by next year tho with all those paying subs and ads revenue too.
But anyways I got the Paramnt+ free 6 months Deal & I actully kinda liked it . I hope they don't get rid of it
No need to worry, Stephen Colbert bought it last night for one dollar. 😉
Honestly I don't understand why this is still news, cos I saw it with my own eyes when he bought it for a dollar. 😂😂
This is Paramount trying to devalue itself and it's doing a good job to become a fancy dish for Sony and Apollo.
Sony gets Paramount Pictures along with the film and music copyrights, Apollo gets the rights to sell CBS, MTV, and Nickelodeon to other companies.
Japan's business presence is once again becoming slightly improved in America.
NO FOREIGN AGENTS!
Shari didn't really lost anything with Paramount valuation because she didn't invest in it. She was already born rich by inheritance. Not fair to say she lost billions already
Shes is still losing though.
She hasnt accepted a offer yet so the value is getting older.
Netflix should buy it so my shows can stay in one damn streaming platform...sick of hopping to different services
Is anyone going to defend Baltic States? 😂😂😂 Bundeswehr ? 😂😂😂
Should I be worried about losing paramount plus soon this year and not watching ark animated series part 2?
😂
@@marklchapman2785 sorry it’s just that I don’t want to lose paramount plus streaming until after ark animated series part 2 comes out and I watch it so should I worry?
@@marklchapman2785 so you mean I should worry about losing paramount plus streaming
@@marklchapman2785 I really don’t want to lose paramount plus until we watch ark animated series part 2 and other shows coming out
@@marklchapman2785 Should I be worried about losing paramount plus soon this year and not watching ark animated series part 2? or should I be calm
I only buy paramount for southpark, and the user experience on my TV is quite bad
It did not go well for them. Even HALO bombed I think. Madon. I think this is what happens when programmers think they can write interesting stories. I think some mathematicians got a lesson about creativity.
I think Warner Bros. is goodbye, Paramount
BOOOOOH!
PROBLEMS???
❤❤❤
I like paramount . I enjoy cbs sunday morning and 60 minutes . I like some of their sitcoms. Paramount plus i enjoy their scifi stuff like Star Trek, halo and other shows .
LOL you like the Halo show? Bless your heart.
All her small parts are worthless in this media lamdscape, cost too high to run and cant behind cabke bundles with direct to consumer services
All you have to do is watch any episode of Star Trek: Discovery and you'll see they spent way too much on special effects but have sh*t writers who forget things they wrote earlier in the same episode. Then look at the last season of Picard, the first two were trash but the last season got fans back more than any of their projects in a decade, yet a 4th season or spin-off has yet to be greenlit. Whomever's running things there(Kurtzman) doesn't know what they're doing and keeps digging the money-hole deeper. Who would ever want to give them more cash or buy them when they're under tens of billions in debt with no idea how to get out of it?
Ya'll keep talking like Star Trek is the only thing Paramount has. LOL
I hope Sony Buy them & Soon rather then later.
3:15 *BiLLION
Disney probably buy that and completly destro it too lol
Anti trust
5:15 I don't know who is she but her talking style is GREAT ;)
Lool :)
MMMMMmmmMmmmmmm
I offer $3.50
No one cares about Hollywood anymore
Sony is already taking over the entertainment industry already they are a monopoly in the anime industry they are the market leader in the video game industry and from what I understand they're dominating the music industry
Nope. Not true.
@@oxycnton That's easy to say what is your evidence
@@hardcore476 We see countless production Companys like Warners and Universal producing global Milestones , (Barbie,Twisters,Opphienher...etc) doing better than Sony. The last Major hit for Sony was Spiderman years ago.
And also... how are they "dominating" Amzon if they don't even have a service.
I mean They are doing fine financially, Yes. but definitely not "Taking over" the Streaming service market/Amazon.
Technically Prime Video uses the same numbers as the regular prime subscribers so it's not really accurate.
How is Sony dominating streaming? What are you on about?
@@enadegheeghaghe6369 so my phone strikes again. That part is supposed to say music industry because they own Columbia records in which is one of the best music labels in the US I'll fix my comment
Thay are dominating the anime industry because Thay purchased Funimation in 2017 which was a major publishing house and second biggest distributorand then in 2022 they purchased Crunchyroll in which was the biggest distributor and right now they're buying up stock in katakawa the largest anime publisher that is not owned by Sony The only competition thay have in distributing is a small company that barely competes with them
So I don't think they should acquire Paramount
😂 а эта я в парке увидел этот парамаунт? 😂
