I have the same deck for a few years. Works very well. Has some minor issues like AMS function doesn't work, tape type indicators sometimes doesn't work and type I tape detects as type II. Also I need to get from somewhere test tone tape, to adjust tape speed because I only tuned it by my hearing.
thanks for showing how to setup the Bias i just picked up a Sony TC-K615S and doing a belt replacement and a clean up and lube.

You do know the capstan wheel has a little washer on the pin 📍 side by the pinch roller? 🤔
Yeah l. Little clear one. It did go back on, just camera wasn't on at time. Good spot though 👍
you should calibrate bias without dolby..
