@alexberman why noy just use calendly for Booking the meetings?

Santiago Gómez I want to get their buy-in with a yes or no before we send any links. Calendly can lead to the buyer having too many choices which makes them less likely to pick anything

Great ideas! Sometimes we even come across prospects who like our work, reply positively but only consider us for future projects. What do you think is the best course of action in such case? Is there a way to immediately close the deal?

Follow up consistently and have more people in the pipeline.
If you want them to buy now, tell them that your price is increasing in X days

@@AlexBerman Well, I work in work-for-hire game development company and most of our projects are huge in terms of pricing which makes me kind of nervous about being very consistent with following up. What if the prospect gets annoyed and cuts you out? In your initial days at Dom & Tom you must have faced similar hesitation, how to know what's the best frequency to follow-up?

Guys ... I see that you commented on going dark at the time you ask for a meeting time.... I do not understand when a lead says he wants to meet and then he does not set or pick a time... I used the one time offer... (2pm Thursday) or the anytime you would like to meet ... or 2 -3 different time...X.ai HubSpot and others ... I'm loosing 50% of leads on the time setting CTA... any thoughts? /\/\arco

Marco Giunta they can get lost with booking links and the x.ai back and forth. Sometimes it makes sense to call them to coordinate a time. Chase these guys down
