Love the video, what made it even more funny😂 is the adverts for opening your own Laser hair remover clinic. Perhaps you said Laser too many times for the RUclips algorithm 🤣🤣🤣
Well, I wasn’t expecting that… Sitting in the living room, my wife watching Handmaids Tail while I catch up on my favourite subs… Then it happened 😮Topless Tim… Must have been a hot day… Great channel, truly amusing episode 😂
I had the Bosch Professional working as a carpenter. I laid out the shelving right around a huge shop from a single point. Awesome kit. Love your work 👍
Great explanation. On the budget laser for a few quid more you can get it in green which apparently is much better to see outside. Perhaps the green even goes further inside aswell???
I once bought a Dewalt laser level that wasn't level, very confusing until I realised what was going on, LOL. Screwfix took it back alright but don't think they believed the reason for me returning it. Bought a Bosch one (lower version than the one in the video) but it has served me well.
I found the dot to the ceiling and opposite dot on the floor was a handy function ( laser plumb line). Also the stand allows a nice fine adjustment over long distances.
A notification a new video, don't know about it being hot in the green house but I certainly had a hot flush seeing Tim half naked, the volume went for the last couple of minutes
I have a similar laser level from Amazon, £20 mark. Use it all the time for fitting kitchens, tiling etc. bought it to see how much I’d use it before splurging on a more expensive one and never felt the need.
Thanks for the tutorial on the laser levels, never really used one before purely because of cost, but £20 doesn't sound to bad if it works as well as you say🙂👍
Interesting to see your take on lasers. I've been using a cheapo Lidl laser measure for a while now and can't fault it, spot on accurate over distance for under a tenner and makes working alone so much wasier. A laser level I've not shelled out for yet, always been tempted but never been able to justify the cost when I have a trusty spirit level to hand.
Yeah the measure is amazing when working solo. For £20, a budget level is well worth it and was so useful with kitchens and tiling etc at the last house.
I would be interested to see how your red lasers compare to a cheap green laser. We have a Dewalt green cross laser as well as a cheap 3 axis 360* laser which has been invaluable. Since we got the 360 laser, the dewalt hasn't come out of its case - was amazing when putting in roof windows to get them all level.
Hi, I know in the past some buildings were plum and straight but all the ones I worked on did not come under that category. We also had trained craftsmen (no slur on females here) and if you hired a tradesman, you got someone who knew what they were going instead of now when you have the choice of a trained or untrained monkey.
Studwork? I have been following this channel for 2 years or more now for that exact thing! To watch a stud work!
*badum tisss*

😂 Either that or they saw the clip when I had my top off!!
Bosch should sponsor you!!

Another terrific video with the added education on lasers.

Love your work 👍
What a great example of an English sun tan 😎
👍
You should consider some dust extraction with your mitre saw, an automated one that comes on when you cut. Just a thought...

i've got the cheap laser, it's ace for DIY
Yup, I've had the same one for nearly 2 years, and it's been brilliant.
Nice T-shirt! I'm an ex-tractor fan myself. Lousy at sucking bad air out though.
😂

Great video as usual even with the new farmer’s tan.
Green tan?

The curved wide angle shots while appreciating straight lines made me chuckle.
Thank you
How technology has progressed. About 16 to 20 years ago, the only self leveling laser I could get was a DeWalt at just under a thousand quid!
@@truth3358 So was I but it was the only kind you could get at the time without a bubble on the top that you had to sort out the level yourself with
Generally, do you run the cables once 'on site', or do you need to allow for joints in services for the 2 halves to be decoupled?
The prefabricated two-part cabins I've seen transported are all pre-wired with plugs between the two halves.
Yes they are wired separately and joined after.
Hi Tim, just about to embark on my first shed frame, and wondered why you used screws for part of the framing and nailed others?
Just when the nailer battery was on charge! 👍
I was wondering the same thing. Nailer out of action! Simples 👍
Thank you🤣
I once had a quote from a builder that included a cost for every time, he intended to use his laser level.
where on the site will this home be placed when completed ?
A pallet wood feature wall would look excellent and is cheap and lightweight
Hi I checked out your amazon link for lazer measure and it doesn't look like the one you have. Is it the same brand just a different colour? Thanks
My one is 4-5 years old so the one I have bought as gifts for people has been that one and appears the same just different colour/layout.

Heard good things huepar laser level
I think that's the first time I've ever appreciated an out of focus shot 🤣
You're welcome. 😁
He giveth and he taketh away 😢
nice tan lines 😂😂😂😂
No one likes a sappy stud immediately followed by Tim with no shirt on 😂
Like a stick of Blackpool Rock
When will the horrid blue green lighting go??? I can’t endure it for much longer 😢 don’t know how you manage 😎
First! I don't know why people who find they can put the first comment up put 'first!' but I thought I'd try it.
Also, why are you paying for tools when you could just 'borrow' them from speedy 😁
Well you’re gonna say that if your giving it to your brother, let’s hope he doesn’t watch this lol
Any excuse to take shirt off for ladies. Watch out Jo! 😊
