@@MNtoCali All the skins are limited edition. That's how the game is built. Every cosmetic will be released during the season that it drops then will never be rereleased. But you can trade for them on the marketplace in game.

You can tell that a lot of love was put into this game. Not some rushed garbanzo, but polished over and over until the right version revealed itself. I hope it hits big for you guys

Well I get the general idea. It looks like you buy items/ weapons etc and then power ups to boost them along with other enhancements. Looks like everything is on a cd as well. Seems like an autobattler but not sure lol
@@micahturner8297 makes me wonder if it is like solitaire as you build your items and wait for the auto battle phase...

do you have any idea what's happening watching any sport when you don't know the rules? play the game and you'll figure it out as you go
I highly recommend you watching Kripp's video, he goes over this video and explain a little from what's actually happening, but basically is a roguelike autobattler, very reminescent of Backpack Battles, although here it have way less focus on inventory management.
~And I would also highly recommend devs to take in consideration your comment, because it's very true that the game looks very confusing and might create a huge barrier to enter since you can't even tell what the game is, even when you have prior knowledge of the genre, so imagine how it's for new people lol
All the gameplay effects look so satisfying!
been following noodle for a long time... it's so cool to finally see this game come to fruition, and not only that, but the team has obviously been paying attention to what matters in games like this. Stuff like visuals, effects, audio, even the fonts used and the choreography of it all coming together. This looks like it's gonna be a hit, congrats to the entire team, can't wait to get my grubby mitts all over it.

Backpack Battles is part of the reason that development on this became more hush hush, so it makes sense.

This feels like that game from a while ago, where you had your guy run a course next to your opponent's guy, and you had to put stuff on the path, like a weapon or an armor up, and watch how both guys run to the end and do battle. Was really fun, and this looks much better and more in-depth. Thumbs up.

Backpack Battles without the speed-up button and messier UI, is my most optimistic guess rofl 🤣
It seems like an auto battler, where you have a bunch of items that attack on a timer. The items can have effects, like when this attacks, gain 5 health, + another 5 for each item to the left of it.
So the game is about managing your items in optimal combinations to beat other players doing the same thing

Looks like a more polished Backpack Battles. That game only lasted like a month but maybe this could do better with regular content updates/seasons.
Game looks great! My only gripe is it'll be hard to self-review if there isnt an backpack battles post combat damage / statistics chart since combat looks pretty hectic.

The board and visuals haven't changed much since 2021. But Reynad's hair sure got more beautiful. I'm glad the game is launching with the most beautiful hair possible!

Polish and Art look absolutely amazing, just hoping it isn't too complicated. I hope the mechanics are easy to pick up and figure out. Its just tough to tell until we get our hands on it, because right now you don't know what is happening besides timers going down to activate effects.

I came from Kripps channel and let me tell you this game looks so fun and interesting, making wacky builds with some ridiculous synergies is going to be amazing. Can't wait to play 300 hours in 15 days lol.

My fear this game will go the route of Artifact. Not because of poor gameplay, but because that soundtrack is too damn good
I'm a bit concerned about there being a bit too much visual noise for me to keep track on whats happening but the art looks beautiful.
Usually these kinds of games. ( I tried a bit of backpack hero)
You run the fight on fast forward mode and read the log if you need to understand what happened.
That's the beauty of asynchronous matchmaking you can take all the time you need at any step.
@@Pinko-Diamond Ohhh, I didn't know the game was asynchronous, I was expecting it to be round based like HS Battlegrounds. If there's the ability to slow the game down or read a log I'm quite excited.

I'm pretty excited about this game. The visuals look very good, but there is also a lot going on on the screen and I don't really know what everything is doing.
It didn't look to me like there was any player actions during the battles? Where does the strategy come in? During deck building steps, or can we actually do stuff on the board during a battle?
The game looks cool in general, though I'm worried about all the visual flourishes. They look nice, but you can't even see the healthbars for half the time during fights. I hope it won't be that hard to follow.
Unfortunately times have changed and if this doesnt come to Steam, many including me just won't play it, looks pretty fun though
Very curious how the onboarding will turn out. It looks amazing but there is also a ton of information to take in with all the icons, different colored cards and the timed cooldowns which are definitely not common in card games.

While the game look very promising, it looks a little complicated at the begining and I really, really wish they will have a nice and clean tutorial to get you into the game. It looks like a fun experience overall.

That 2019 ui looks beautiful but it does look like every card game out there. And from what i've observed it seems like the game is so graphically intense that if it were to release on mobile you would have to play it on flagships and those 32bit users can cry in the corner.

I thought the same at first, but I think it will be fine. A lot of the items can have complex interactions with each other, plus you can get up to eighteen passive skills which give even more interaction. I don’t think lack of complexity will be an issue.

it is like an auto chess with less randomness about the cards that ure given

Oh, I thought reynad was making a card game, but turns out it is just an auto battler. Guess I am just not the target audience then.
to his credit, reynad came up with this idea before autobattlers were a big thing, especially in card games
he just took 5 years to launch where the autobattler genre has really matured
