Thank you! That’s a great suggestion, thank you. I’ll add it to my list to make. If you haven’t already, you may want to subscribe/turn on bell notification so you don’t miss it :).
@@gaty79co Thanks for the feedback! stay tuned... hoping to do another P&L video that shows quarterly and annual summaries/rollups as well soon. If you haven't already, you may want to subscribe and hit notification icon so you don't miss it. Should be by the end of the year.
I love this is there a way to have dynamic services that autofill based on the tables of revenue and expenses. I think right now you have to manually enter them?
Thank you! Just to clarify, you are wondering if there is a way to have expenses and revenue automatically filled, right? If so, there are ways to significantly reduce the manual entry required. We have set up automation for importing csv files outputted from financial institutions as well as more advanced automation using Zapier and/or api calls.
Great video, but for some reason the Category doesn't show up in my formula so I can't get this to work. I've even tried manually typing it in and it still doesn't pick up the numbers. Any suggestions?
Hey Stephanie, it’s hard to say without looking at it, but make sure the formulas are pointing to the right ranges (for criteria, summing, etc) and that the spelling etc is identical with no spaces or anything. Hope this helps!

@@CustomExcelSpreadsheets Thank you! I found that AFTER I asked, my apologies. I did attempt to find the link to the completed spreadsheet and wasn't able to figure out how to get to it though. Forgive me, I am looking for this spreadsheet to help with my small business portion of taxes (FY2023) and the deadline is fast approaching so I'm pressed for time and kinda freaking out. LOL
Hey! That’s my fault actually- been so busy I haven’t had a chance to fix this missing link yet. Send me an email and I’ll shoot the excel file to you first thing tomorrow morning! Email: colton@customexcelspreadsheets.com
Thanks for the feedback! Here’s a tip that might help: On RUclips you can change the playback speed to slow it down so it’s easier for you to follow along.
