This theory solidifies a lot for me, originally being introduced to the queen, I was so confused as to why she was so massive compared to the ants we saw when Kite was reintroduced.
The ant queen that birthed her probably had eaten a live or dear human. Just 1 bite is enough to get the DNA of what they eat which resulted into a humanoid size.

i always took that as, there are chimera ants in the regular continents that are ant sized. and in the dark continent there's a species of chimera ants as big as the queen.
@@Ziggerath i always thought that the dark continent was so harsh that the chimera ants were never able to evolve past their evolutionary niche there, and remained small. Only having escaped a hostile condition and being let lose in mobius did they start to evolve outside their usual niche.

We know that Pariston puts himself in disadvantageous situations to throw people off of their game and to be unpredictable so him actually scheming this plan isn't too off beat, even if people find out he brought them from the Dark Continent with the help of Beyond Netero he can say that they wanted to study them but somehow the queen got free and noone can proof if that happened willingly or accidentally. I don't think he wanted the chairmen to die initially since he was a challenge for him, i assume he wanted some of the Chimera Ant soldiers after the hunter organization dealt with the main threat and use them to help invading the Dark Continent. Something absolutely precious must be there because otherwise that whole plan was way too risky, humanity was in danger after all and i don't think Pariston is that insane to take that risk without big payoff if things go according to plan.

I'm almost convinced that Paristan is a conjurer who can create and manipulate fate/luck. He probably has a condition where there has to be at least a few avenues of failure. However, if he can overcome certain challenges, he can further manipulate circumstances.
Personally i see him being more of a Manipulator. But if its something like controlling luck hed have to be some kind of specialist for something that overpowered XD

Re-reading HxH, and I’m currently in the ant arc and this just makes way too much sense. I honestly never would’ve given her speculating having some human blood any thought at all, but damn, this has opened my mind to some interesting theories.
Yeah that kind of just clicked for me too especially with what's going on in context I've always wonder how the ant queen made it off the continent but I never thought about how human like the ant queen was compared to the other ants I just assumed that all ant queens look like that and nen just inherently made them evolve rapidly
Y’all remember how the cow zodiac points out that fact that since Pariston has been Vice chairmen that the number of hunters who’ve gone missing has went up, also mentioning how hunters dying is common, but for them to go completely missing is unheard of. I bet Beyond and Pariston used those hunters to feed/infuse nen into the chimera any Queen and her underlings.

I'm not sure this explains how Kite was apparently already aware of the Chimaera ants way beforehand tho. Gon and Kilua even stumbled upon a "regular" Chimaera ant nest out in the wild. Very interesting theory still. Beyond being immortal somehow feels like it hits the mark as well.
Chimera ants are already documented as they exist in the real world. Not only Kite knows about them
Its just the queen that was introduced was bigger than any queen found in the real world. Ging states ants from the DC are as big as the queen
If the ants where experimented on and test subjects, some would be let loose to see how they do in preparation for the operation.
They already existed around the area, just not as extreme. They are low class threats for a reason
I just want him to come back to the gyro story line, man seems like the next King level threat and left a future story set up
I love that Meruem would've ended up as a Philosopher King, basically rapturing humanity with a paradise for the worthy... Gyro will be the anarchist king, probably making everything like Meteor city and cannot be reasoned with.
After the dark continent stuff I think there will be a final “meteor city arc” for gyro’s storyline and will conclude the phantom troupes story arc as well
there'd need to be a timeskip of some sort since Gon doesn't have nen anymore.

I will say that small animals like ants actually can cross larger areas than you’d expect. It’s called a rafting event, where am animal is trapped on a branch or something similar that’s left floating in the ocean after a storm. It would be incredibly unlikely but it’s not impossible.

Pariston tied for my favorite character with Hisoka. I love the way he trolls people it is the most entertaining thing ever for me to watch, same reason why I like Aizen. Great theory I love this theory the implications are very sinister.

I love how everything Gon and Killua did during the Chimera Ant arc has essentially lead to a giant mess for Ging to clean up and deal with during these recent arcs. The child-like naivete of kids trying to do the right thing leads to adults having to clean up their mess afterwards. HOW IS HUNTER X HUNTER SO GOOD-
But the events of that arc were not the fault of Gon or Killua, the ants invaded and the hunters including the kids were working together to get rid of the ants
@@Swelly_K ok ig they ‘indirectly’ influenced the ants to acquire nen. U right. But Gon/Killua still attacked the ants and bestowed nen upon them, which lead them to harness and practice nen, making them a problem.

Pitou would have been a natural nen user yes, but without the confusion among the ant leaders caused by Gon unlocking Renault's aura Pokkle would have been immediately butchered once sensed by Pitou. Without understanding the fundamentals of Nen Pitou likely doesn't utilize it to its full potential. In this scenario there is a potential that Kite could have actually taken Pitou out due to their lack of knowledge when it comes to Nen, afterall knowledge is everything when it comes to Nen.

I feel like a major detail no one has mentioned that adds to this theory is that when Gon & Killua go to Kite after Green Island he was in Kakin after being hired by the Kakin empire to do a ecological research & a biological survey of the area looking for and discovering a bunch of new life forms but I don’t believe he found the Chimera Ants on his survey.
As Kite was leaving the country happy with his work the border patrol guy stops him & shows him the Chimera Ant Queens arm found by another expedition team. He then finds the Chimera Ant colony that he was quarantining when Gon & Killua met him.
I think that Kakin were also in cahoots with Pariston & Beyond. I think they specifically hired Kite on Paristons recommendation as he knew his strength & knew he was Gings protégé. (I’m presuming Kite is well known enough by hunters that Pariston would’ve encountered him before & known he was close to Ging hoping for maybe a double whammy of Neteros death & Kites death having a negative affect on Gings mental state. Kites revival ofc throws this part of the plan off & im not sure Ging would’ve been bothered anyway) and with Paristons intuition displayed in the Chairman Election & if he did knowingly send Pokkle & his team to the slaughter, it’s not out of the realm of possibility he would be able to foresee Kite finding his way to NGL & being overwhelmed by Nen wielding ants & eaten by the Queen, Kite meeting Gon & Killua just sealed his fate.
As the Kakin Empires goal is to migrate to the dark continent they would also have a vested interest in having Isaac Netero die, it makes sense that the Queen was in Kakin at some point & someone from Kakin originally severed her arm and possibly were the ones to send her in the direction of NGL again most likely with Pariston and/or Beyond’ guidance to kickstart events.
I’m not sure how well this will hold up under scrutiny but it makes sense in my head so far lol I hope someone sees this :))

I ve found this channel in 2018 and since then I ve been following for keeping the HxH alive. Hell i even started following op at some point although I ve dropped the anime years ago due to toei.

I put the vid to relax after a long day at work while taking a bath and suddenly at minute 8:08 two ads start, the second of which is like 7 minutes long ? Holy shit man. I never block the ads to support the creators but wtf is that shit ? It’s not at the beginning nor ar the last minute to calculate that you may have to be near to keep listening to a vid. Had to hear almost all of that speech about life instead of enjoying a relaxing HxH video. At least warn us before hand or something “hey, keep in mind, between the ads, one thst is half as long as the whole video is coming”
I mean, the design for pouf is pretty similar to pariston. Mureum is hella smart just like the rat zodiac. Also pitous abilities might be hints or correlations to this theory. They have abilities that can turn people into puppets; just like beyond and pariston might be pulling the strings.

I mean Pariston would need to control or have some type of control over those 5000 chimera ants for him to have the ants do what he is intending to do. Maybe pariston and beyond not only experimented with the ants but also placed some sort of manipulation Nen along with which is terrifying

hxh theories are always very interesting to analyze and listen to, although i've always had a feeling that ging was somehow behind all this. As we have seen, he likes manipulating outcomes (that's what it means to be a hunter, right?) that would make gon come closer (but not too close) to him. Maybe, just maybe, ging is in contact with don freecs and don was the one who sent the calamity to gon - for him to overcome it?

Hmm this actually ANTSers a few open questions I was having at least.
My thoughts exactly, I contemplated for so long to make a reddit thread about it but I was too lazy, and it's not like I am the first person to come up with this theory just a simple search brings up multiple results that dates back years ago. but to add to this theory, the biggest giveaway in my opinion is the fact that Kite was made aware of existence of queen by a Kakin official, I always find that suspicious.
Random thought unrelated to the video as I haven't started it yet: Pariston's army of 5000 Chimera Ants would be extremely useful as a defensive (and offensive) force during this Dark Continent mission.
