amazing, thanks for being back friend, maybe in the future you can make a video about how our positive should be printed to expose it in the light, and what kind of light is needed for the positives to be well exposed
I haven’t seen a video on how to align the different screens and images without a many armed press. Interested to see how you do that. Also, do you cure with the heat gun?
Wow you are so amazing. I have been doing silkscreen for 40+ years and you are one of the most skilled i ever saw. Im really impressed. Your registration technique looks simple and incredibly accurate. Could you tell me please how you did your registration in this video ? Thank you !
Many youtube channels are there in india doing such things but yours is unbeatable 10x upgraded then them 🤘🤘❤️ i wish you all the very best you are doing tremendous 👍
Hello there! That's freakin' awesome. By the way I have 1 question in mind and it's about off contact. Did you set an off contact? How you did it in your press? Thanks!
Hi nice video, i have a question.. do you use plastisol ink or watercolors ? Because one time i was using water colours and after 1 print it dried up into my screen and the secound print wasnt good. But I figured out that I have to rub it, so it doesn't dry out. But if you use plastisol could you make video how to dry it or how to clean plastisol ink from screen? Because its not that easy to clean screen like watercolors, just with water. Thanks i like your videos 😁
Hi thanks. We use both waterbase and plastisol inks. Waterbase inks dries fast on the screen. So when ever u do waterbase job you need to flood the screens with the inks between prints. Plastisol inks are oil base so you will need a reducer or screen wash chemical to clean the inks. Unlike waterbase where the inks can be clean with water. May be in future I will surely make a video. Thanks again for supporting.
@@donfan6322 I am using canon Pixma IX6770 and No I don’t use all black ink system. Standard printer ink making it as dark as possible in printer settings.

okay bro, thank you very much for the answer, I'll be very attentive, I'm from Venezuela, the truth is you don't see much screen printing around here, but it's a very beautiful art that you do, it motivates a lot to learn and want to adopt such skills, thank you very much for your answer.

Hey Thank you 🙏 Love from India
Amazing work and detail. Also, what mesh count did you use and which mesh count is best
Hey thanks.. We used 200 mesh count. For Halftones it is recommended to use 200 or above mesh count.
Thank you for your reply. I’ll look into 200… I always use 160 mesh and tweak the dot count for halftones.
@@maesongrey if the LPI is 45 or below u can use 160 or 180 but if your LPI is above 50 u will definitely need 200 mesh count.

Hey .
I am starting a printing unit for screen print and puff printing
Can you tell me which quality ink you used
do you use Accu rip software for the halftone and what brand exposure unit are you using?
Hey hi. I don’t use accu rip. It’s all done in photoshop. The exposure unit is our own brand.
