Obviously your system works great for you, but i use two halogen work lights and it will burn the screen in like 5-6 minutes. But also I sometimes will need to make 20+ screens a day. But the lights are like $15-20.
i have a question, most of the time when i'm printing on the plastic sheets, i have a problem with preparing each a4 for the print, even tho I set the bleed in the beginning... could you tell me what you do so you can allign them all for the emulsion part?
